This came up in recommended. My husband is Japanese and I’m a Black Brit and it was eye opening as the people I would think would be soooo open minded weren’t ?!?! and the ones who I would think would never agree were actually ok. 😅Really weird to see the dynamic of people in actual real life. (No I never imagined I’d have a Japanese husband 😅life is interesting)

I’m so glad you found this! And yeah I found it odd the people who had a problem with my marriage.

It should be the most normal thing in the world , people ( mostly white) has made it awkward because of old times prejudice and such. And in response to that blacks and other races have reciprocated that prejudice towards whites and so on ( latin, arabs , asians etc) in my opionion there shouldn't be any problem

Yeah it’s odd for sure. It makes sense that groups who live insulated from others could be more fearful but in today’s world it always shocks me.

People who identify as sapiosexuals are the same as people who never stop talking about being introverted. I'll always praise them for how intelligent and special they want to appear.
I grew up feeling like everyone should want to date people different to them. I was shocked to find that the majority of people don't. Each to their own, I guess.

Both really good points! I was shocked at how many people felt so strongly about needing to date someone exactly like their parents.
