- In Vietnamese cuisine, Bánh tráng nướng is a type of Bánh tráng, rice crackers consumed in southern Vietnam. They are particularly popular in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon). They are large, round, flat rice crackers, which, when heated, enlarge into round, easily shattered pieces. They can be eaten separately, although they are most commonly added into the vermicelli noodle dishes like cao lầu and mì quảng. Many types of bánh tráng exist, including the clear sesame seed ones, prawn-like cracker with dried spring onions, and sweet milk.
In Da Lat, a savory version is made using eggs, cheese, and sausage.

Maybe this Banh Trang Nuong is not looking good but after you try it you will change your mind, it is so crispy and full of flavor for me it is more delicious than pizza.

I'm half Vietnamese and Chinese. I was born in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam. My favorite cuisine is Western food. Although my meals everyday are mostly pizzas, spaghetti, fried chickens, hot dogs and sandwiches, steak. But Vietnamese pizza is one of my favorite food during my childhood. It's pricy, tasty and addictive. Now I'm still crazy about it.
It tastes fantastic ! I went to Viet Nam and tried it . But there are much more better food than that in vn

I was introduced to this snack when in Da Lat, I was doubtful at first but it was pretty delicious after trying it. Im not sure if she is still there but if youre coming from the night market and your on the the little round about is behind you where all the the tourists are sitting on the scooter that us made of flowers, walk up the sloped road with all the bars and cafes. The girl that made the best Da Lat pizza on a grill is just the past the huge set of stairs that leads back down to the night market where there is a seafood stall at the bottom right and another round about with a statue in the middle.
This idea is just brilliant. I'd love to try this food someday.
