Can't believe you got mad that the Aztec player didn't let you steal his strat balance horses, haha. What a start though, I can't imagine this game will make it to the end w/o cc.
@@MegaWarlus Anyone can play to win without being a hypocrit; he criticized the Aztec player of acquiring his own strategic resource whilst stealing the Greece player of his luxury resource. Wow this is one of the coolest map generations ive seen in civ. It just looks beautiful with the forking rivers and those long ass mountain ranges to the east and south. This is some Middle Earth shit
This map looks so beautiful that I want to try it myself, to see how fast I can simcity a space win on SP as Spain. Got the .civ5map and/or starting save to make one, or a seed?
I've found further is better than faster spreads, if you get a religion early and if you're not actively trying to spread but do want it to spread to neighbors.

No, but that sounds awesome.

LoganMartinsChannel Nope, but it is a Spain start with a natural wonder I can settle. Spain snowballs like all hell.

Why did Barcelona have 2 production when you found it, despite being on 0 production desert?
City tiles always have at least 1 production, and the liberty policy grants each city an additional one.

With the focus on the early game and especially your smaller cities in general, you should have gone for church property, not tithe
