Proceeds to crush it inwards as if it was filled with air.
I'll let the feat of strength slide if the actually made it believable by following the rules of physics. When you apply enough pressure on something solid, matter moves into space where it is no facing any pressure, even if she was strong enough to crush Titanium, it would have gushed out between her fingers and considering how brittle Titanium is, it would be powdered rather than becoming paste that is malleable enough to be reshaped.

Because if sex is changed at a young age then they develop as male, the chemicals produced that make males stronger would then in turn make the child stronger, like in humans, testosterone is a chemical that is produced more in males, and its what makes people strong, it builds muscle, and since men have more testosterone, they can on average build more muscle.
As well this is likely both a surgery and genetic alteration, as they need to pass as male they must look male.

While I agree we should embrace who God designed us to be, you can't twist it to warrant gender surgery and transitioning of children like what is presented in the show. I agree that the situation in the show is okay, but we have to admit that this whole transgender plot wouldn't be in the show at all if it didn't have to do with current politics. America has a tendency to push propoganda through its entertainment. For example, look at how many movies are starring a white character being played by someone who isn't white? The only reason they do that is because they like to make everything g about race instead of sticking to the original character in the story. The exceptions are if the character was created another race to begin with and the casting matches. Imagine if they had a white guy play black panther, the outrage would be insane.
