Excellent audio quality, great audio content.Great script.Jack is superb in this one...
Later filmed for television [September 29, 1955], featuring future TV producer Aaron Spelling as "Bruce Marcus".
Thanks for posting these programs they are great!!!
@ 21:01 "There's no reason for all this megillah. Just no reason." In Yiddish, a "megillah" is a long tedious or embroidered account.
Room 42.... HOMICIDE 😎 love that line
Me too!
Jack Webb is A Savage!!!
I am waiting for an episode where they stop a fight and offer each other a cigarette . Smoke it and then resume the fight.
Hahaha.🤜🏻🤛🏼 🚬🤜🏻🤛🏼😎👍🏼
I thought of that when Friday offered Marcus a cigarette. They did sometimes shoehorn in an advertisement in these old shows, camouflaged as a segment of the program.
"Say, Sergeant Friday, this cigarette has that smooth, bold taste I've been wanting in a smoke!"
"That's right sir, Chesterfield has no adverse effects on the nose, throat or sensory organs. Now, back to that girl you say you murdered."
You know, ... I was worried 🤣🤣🤣
Creep 😮 mmHmm 😎
Jack Webb should have been arrested for pushing cigarettes.
That is just silly.
He was sentenced to death on December 23 1982
they just didn’t know they were that bad .. everyone that smokes knows it a shake of the dice …my old neighbor smoked Chesterfield “straights “ (unfiltered) for 50 years 😲 he proudly said he out lived three doctors that told him to quit … they we’re strong cigarettes all right , hardly mild. i quit almost two years ago .:.:but …..i sure miss em 🚬🚬
@@heyoldman2003 You probably remember the comedian, Ernie Kovacs. He died in a car accident in 1962. He disliked lighting his cigarettes or cigars with a lighter, thinking it destroyed the taste. It is thought that he died while trying to strike the match for his cigarette on the bottom of his shoe and he lost control of the steering wheel. Count that as another danger of smoking.
@@vin.handle i always used paper matches myself😎
That was the dumbest story I ever heard.
He shouldn't have been convicted of delinquency of a minor, from the voice, attitude and physical description, she sounded like she'd been around the block numerous times, girls like her were the role models for today's sweet tarts!!!
All the appeal of the free clinic!
