the amount of joy you are going to get from this board is INSANE!! I ride a pint and it was the absolute best $$ I have ever spent on myself without question.
I have a OneWheel Plus that is a few years old and have modified. I enjoyed watching the video! Good luck with the ACL surgery and I hope that you have a speedy recovery!
Thank you very much. Happy to hear you are still enjoying your OneWheel a few years after purchasing. Makes me happy that I will hopefully enjoy mine for years to come. Luckily before I have surgery I can run and walk so i might go for an easy ride with my knee brace on. Its the twisting that's a problem. Thank you I hope for a speedy recovery too.
You must’ve spent a lot for everything? I bought my xr with fangs, fender, bumpers, protectors with only 7 miles on it for $1,600 even. Now i’am selling my pint.
@@Ntzgt wow you got a great deal. Wish I found it for that price, especially considering I bought 2 of them. Did not find anyone selling it second hand when I was looking. :(
@@Ntzgt that's an amazing price you got! I got mine with fender, rail guards and new bumpers, and 100km on it (60mi), for 1650€ (~$1900). It seems like an awful deal, but here in the EU with the import tax and shipping they go for 2200€ ($2550) new without any accessory... That's a big hit
We got the XR Onewheel. I did not know they where coming out with the GT when I bought. We really like the XR, it is easy to use, fairly stable, just don't let you back foot come off before your front or you might do the splits. Lol Oh no I would not do that to my hubby. I prefered watching is reaction when I gave it to him. He was soooo happy and excited. Which made me happy. I also did not think I was going to like it, that's why I did not buy myself one at first. Really though it was going to be like skate boarding which it absolutely is not.
Damnit I did not know this. The range is way better on the new gt. But everything else is pretty much the same. So I am not too disappointed luckily just mad about the amount of range. 😒
@@nicoleyfg oh don't worry! The GT isn't gonna be here for at least two or three months, probably more, and it's also way heavier! If you don't absolutely need the range you don't really need to upgrade, you might also be happier with the XR :)
@@FAB1150 thanks I did not look at the weight and it shows you can buy it on their website now but you don't think it is ready for shipping yet? Interesting.
@@nicoleyfg yep, right now it's similar to a preorder. I know somebody who ordered one yesterday, and the approximate shipping date is January 26. Since when you order you get put in a queue, if you buy one now you'll probably get it in mid February!
@@FAB1150 oh wow! That's a long wait. I will stick with the XR for now and if I want or need longer distance I will consider it in the far future. Thanks for all the info. Have a great day.

Enjoy the float life :)
That's cool a diy version. Good to know about that.
Thank you

Hubby was wondering what type of modifications you did?

Very nice.... What do you think about the GT? You should have got you one and made your husband so jealous.

Instead of extra bumpers, you should of bought float plates to protect the bottom.
Float plates. I do not think I saw those. I am going to research this now. Thanks
@@nicoleyfg craft and ride sells them.
@@quangyung6751 thank you I looked them up and I will use those next time.
