I found the album thru Neil but I’m so glad I did. What a strong and beautiful collection of songs. The last song, South for the Winter, is so powerful and poignant. Wow.
I rediscovered Vertical Horizon during the pandemic and am glad I did. I listen to this album and several others in their catalogue often. The tunes are very catch. Lyrics are honest and from the heart
@@M.S-Music Yeah, I saw the video of the studio recording with Neil but I just thought it really sounded like something RUSH would have come up with. You can recognise Geddy, Alex and Neil's playing wherever they turn up on side projects. Talk about idiosyncratic...
This album really reaches a part of me that is difficult to describe, so very good. I am curious why it is SO difficult to get a copy of this CD. I bought one online, but the mix is awful. Is there a way I can get a real copy of this phenomenal album? Or is the mix just lacking... (doubtful).

Just an incredible album. Will be listening for many years. Timeless journey of incredibleness. VH feels like home.
Neil Peart - the professor of the drumkit rockin' it on Instamatic! Now you gonna run!
The song has a lot of Rush elements, not only on drums. It could be a Rush song
RIP Neil
