@@bloedblarre Also you should know the reason why Jakarta is sinking fast is because of Dutch colonialism. Water pipelines were built in Batavia only for the colonizers separated and segregated from the native inhabitants. How I wish Spain, America and Japan apologize too for those atrocities they've made during their respective eras in the Philippines and the world
Japan has apologized to Indonesia for a long time, I'm surprised they haven't done that to the Philippines.
My dear Filipino brothers,
Before you ask apology from the Spanish, first of all you better change you country name.
Since long time I felt it's really silly for the Philippines to have a country name from the namesake of a king of the former colonizer.
It's just ridiculous actually.

Part of Indonesian people is very sorry, why their colonialist in the past was Dutch, not British.
It said that British left better education than Dutch.
@LengkapGan However it left a significant influence, both in Indonesian language and its legal system.
Qeis Alzhra well, that can be said of all European colonial powers. The ones that ended up ruling the country are the ones that went to the European schools and learned all those things. That’s why they have lots of influence from European laws in their country.
@LengkapGan Jawa kan masuk Indonesia, jadi sah2 aja klo bilang Indonesia itu dijajah 350 tahun?
@LengkapGan I think many Indonesian know dutch language especially scholars, like my lecturers and many books is in dutch.. (ofc in the old days) but yeah in Indonesia school, dutch language isn't a common thing to study, not like mandarin, japanese, germany, france, etc.
That could be true, my country India was left with railways, universities and royal hotels and most importantly, a democracy. However, we were also left with thousands killed in independence movements, Amritsar massacre, Bengal famine and over 80% poverty rate and only a 12% literacy rate!
