- This video will show you How to Replace Rollers in a Hyosung Scooter to help you increase your take off speed as well as maxing out your top speed. Average speed is 35-45 MPH
When I started the video I did not realize I had the wrong size rollers that I had ordered. but I still went through with the video so you can see how to replace your rollers in the hyosung scooter as there's not a lot of videos on it.
I did have to hack my rollers because I did not have the right ones and that's really not something you should do, but I just did that to get through the video so that way you guys can see how it's done.

hi,thank you for this one!!,i have a sf50r,and i tried same operation,but something weird happened...,my variator stay locked on,the second one with pebbles inside.it's nmt gripped, because it's mooving,but i can see pebbles are out from the cages but stay locked into the variator !?!?, and yes, impossible to put it back hat the ignitial position,like in your video when you cut,after the variator is in the good place,what did you so for it?🙏🙏🙏😭

Can you please send me the roller size the original and them weight.and what didi you put how much weight they have ?thanks for answear.i have the same scooter but have wey slow take off so can i run just 3 rollers ?its ok ?
I thing when you just ubgrade the clutch springs it will by perfect with this rollers and maybe a longer belt about 10mm
If you watch the video I had to sand the sides of those rollers down in the video I only used three. But they were 4 gram rollers. What it did for mine as I took off the restrictor but the rollers really helped when I changed them out. Also in your variator see if you have a spacer on the inside of that variator cover. Remove that so your belt drops down. That's actually the key part. Once you do that you'll be able to get a better takeoff speed and better hill climbing. If you have bad rollers change those out ASAP. With mine I got a top speed of 42 MPH. You can get the parts from hyosungsource.com. thank you
@@radovan9756 the next move on me upgrading that scooter is to upgrade the clutch springs as well but immediately taking off the restrictor and changing out my weights my RPMs got better and my take off was a heck of a lot quicker.
@@hyosungsf50scooters80 i have all stock the scooter and doing like 62KM/h its like 39mph but its took long time.worst is slow take off and going to hill iam doing like 20 mph😭😂
@@hyosungsf50scooters80 my next move is new belt new rollers and clutch springs and i want the better headlights these are too bad.and i move the carburator nidle about 1 up and the take off is better and top speed too
