hi,thank you for this one!!,i have a sf50r,and i tried same operation,but something weird happened...,my variator stay locked on,the second one with pebbles inside.it's nmt gripped, because it's mooving,but i can see pebbles are out from the cages but stay locked into the variator !?!?, and yes, impossible to put it back hat the ignitial position,like in your video when you cut,after the variator is in the good place,what did you so for it?🙏🙏🙏😭

have you been able to locate any performance clutch springs? the 3 springs on the clutch shoes. We've got an SF50 w/ the Technigas pipe, but tuning will be difficult if we can't swap out the clutch springs... thanks!

That shit is to save ur motor from blowing up.Change ur variator for speed and quicker take off.Do not disconnect that wire unless u want to overev ur motor for 4mph more and blow up.if u want speed get a bigger machine

A little more info about WHICH wire would have been helpful since you can't really see this video very well. Did he take out a wire from the 2pin or 4pin? Which color??
I would not cut ANY wires. How will the CDI know when to fire the plug if the only wire that’s responsible for telling it when to fire is cut??

Ive seen on sum videos that if u have the cdi with the 2-pin to the right and 4-pin to the left u should pull the one bottom left on the 4-pin

Quick change in the carburetor on some along with cutting that wire helps it also. There are also videos about what to do with carburetor.
How’s the one on the racer 50 ?
I have a shitty automatic clutch. Would it be better to have a more higher quality clutch before I deregulate?

It’s not a rev limiter, it’s the ignition trigger. It tells the CDI when the piston is at top dead center and fires the coil. ANY 50cc bike is 25-35MPH. On a good straightaway, I can get up to 42, however, I understand that’s it a 50cc. The combustion chamber is the size of my thumb😂😂. Put an 80cc big bore kit if you want more speed.

Yes I have a 2021 wolf rx 50 49cc scooter it only goes 35 miles per hour uphilll 20 miles per hour how can I make it go faster than 35 miles per hour I ride it to work every single day and cars be passing me like crazy and threat to run me off the road because my scooter is not fast enough????
@@kevinmajor9237 let’s not forget everyone is in a rush. Cars today are built lighter and as a result go faster or rather, easier to obtain speed. 35-42mph is just about all you’re going to get out of a 50cc and that’s depending on the road conditions and rider. I try my best to only go on roads with a speed limit of 40 or less and stay to the right as much as possible.

What weight rollers did you end up going with? I have a SF50 rally and put 6 x 7grams (42g total)
Sorry for the long wait I did not get this message. I went with lighter weights. I actually did mine differently and went with 5 g rollers. You can tell the difference when you get above 25 or 30 mph. The lighter the rollers actually help you take off a little bit quicker. But you don't want to go too light because then you don't have the power.

Most likely, your belt, rollers, variator and clutch.
Drop 300 pounds or more and you will go faster
