As a 35 year bowie fan may i say that the music is really good but the vocals just dont do it justice.. Not enough depth and desperation in her voice.. the feeling just isnt there. She may be a good singer but not on this tune sorry.
Maybe she's not on death's door, as Bowie was. The orchestration is fantastic and to my mind the singing is commendable.
