    Struggled with digestive issues for years and have social anxiety. So, this confirms my suspicions that my gut issues are link to the anxiety. Will keep working on overcoming social anxiety and hopefully my gut issues will disappear along with it.

    In my case my stomach/gut issues are causing my anxiety, not the other way around.

      It’s probably the anxiety that came first causing your gut issues which make you more anxious… think of it this way it’s not foods that’s the issue it’s your thought process around foods

      The brain controls everything. The anxiety comes first but I was in denial about it. There was something I didn't want to deal with. People can have intolerance, but it isn't that much. There is no pill to fix anxiety.

      @@wednesdayschild3627 I have an anxiety problem with comstant nail bite and stomach problems sometime diarehea sometime constipation and also upper stomach bloating I don't know how I will live in this world I get sudden anxiety attack and sleep problems

    Same anxiety ,pain and gut problems...I went to this awesome place today called trigger point studios they stretch you and fix your mobility and pain issues and they customize it for your issues. Anywho I felt like it's helping he said I was very tense!! Gonna do my best to help address muscle tension that has messed my body up

    I used to have chronic bile reflux , after consulting the doctor it came out that my Extreme Anxiety triggers this reflux... It's really so exhausting 😭

      Meditation is the best way- it trains the mind to remain calm when anxious and repeatedly suppressing anxiety, will make it go away.

    hey guys wanna know if y'all ever had this. so basically i used to be very nauseous. went away. then constipation and bad stool. went away. now i deal somewhat with pms i think (i say i think because i have not been diagnosed) and when i take a deep belly breath i jave this werid grumbling in my left side of my stomach. close to my abdomen. like around left of my bellybutton. basically i get this alot more when i haven't eaten alot or just randomly. i have slight bloatinf but it definitley has reduced. i have not found anything about this online so maybw someone here knows this feeling. (fyi after i got covid about 2 months ago i also lost a few kilos. not much but im trying to gain them back because overall i'm just a skinny person)

      Broo I am experiencing almost all you said I got my liver function test done, sonography, endoscopy etc I tried to control it through diet, it definitely got better but nothing cured it completely and now I am frustrated all the time

      @@bhavyasonakiya7178 omg i'm just so damm thankful i'm not the only one😭 i strongly believe this to just be anxiety because i've never have gotten worst symptoms amd overall i think currentlx because of school i'm just trapped in a fight or flight mode. Especially i've been getting the weirdest dreams like not even nightmares just straight up disturbing and weird. Idk but i'm just glad that i only deal with this grumbling now. No nausea, constipation nothing. Hope it gets better for u❤️

      @@bhavyasonakiya7178 mainly by just accepting the fact that it is just anxiety. Ik it's hard and honestly takes a loong time but it'll go away. Sometimes i get it still for example when i have to do a presentsation or something. Or just school in general💀 Anyways it goes away but takes time. For me it never will really go away for different reasons such as my pms or generalized anxiety disorder. So that's just that but even with these things it isn't nearly as bad as it used to be

    I really want to join the coast guard but with how my stomach is I’m too scared too it’s always at random times during work hours or the morning and always an emergency and if I don’t stay in the bathroom till my stomach isn’t fcked up then I’ll end up having to go back to the bathroom and it messes with work and makes me scared I’ll go to work and have a horrible time cause of my stomach and also like I said I wanna join the coast guard but too scared to cause you can’t just go to the bathroom for how long you need or want but idk if it’s my anxiety causing the issue cause usually I’m anxious but not that anxious but when my stomach starts feeling weird I get extremely anxious idk If it has to do with diet or something but it sucks

    Stress don't does not cause digestion issue, Digestion issue cause stress...... 😢
