Honestly, I think that GTA 5 is more Realistic but Watchdogs is more Immersive.. They have a lot more going on in Watchdog city than in GTA 5.. But GTA 5 has more advanced systems in place.

GTA V is more realistic even when you're using mods with gta v you just get even more realism
