    Preparing Pinwheels:
Spread a Puff Pastry Sheet on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. On half of the sheet, spread the prepared Paneer stuffing. Spread it evenly. Spread potato stuffing on rest half the sheet. Spread it evenly. Now start rolling the Puff Pastry Sheet tightly to make a log. Now pinch the edges to seal it.
Cut it into circles or wheels using a sharp bread knife. Or you use a regular thread which is used in stitching to cut pieces. The details are shown in the video. Now line all the pieces or PinWheels on a lined baking tray and bake in a preheated oven for 18-20 mins at 200 degrees.Keep checking them after 16 mins as every oven is different. Bake for little longer if you want more crispy. Pinwheels are ready. Serve them hot with ketchup.
