  • Who actually created these gigantic, monolithic, granite sarcophagi? Who put them there? Why, of the many animals revered by the ancient Egyptians, were bulls buried in such spectacular tombs? One of the most mysterious ancient places that still leaves more questions than answers.
You will find the answers to these questions in this episode. Not only will I show you this mysterious place in detail, but I will also tell you about its history, which is related to Ramesses the Great, the legend of Cambyses II, the New Kingdom and the Late Period and, of course, its discoverer, Auguste Mariette.

It definitely looks like the hieroglyphs on the tomb were done much later than its construction and is more graffiti than something done by the original masons. Great video, thank you!

  • @marcmarc7454

definitely the best ancient history channel on RUclips!🎉

  • @sake343

The Barabar caves in India, these boxes in the Saqaara, the precision made stone vases and the H blocks at Puma Punku are so advanced it would be impossible for the ancients to build w/ the narrative presented. In fact, the Barabar caves are so perfectly made we can't reproduce them today.

  • @thunderpants007

So much more informative and less conspiracy related than other channels

  • @michaelangelo-the-singer-br549

Two types of carvings. One looks like it was done with a machine, the other, chicken scratch with tons of mistakes. Their explanation of how a 60 ton sarcophagus was moved was not convincing, lol. Your channel is awesome!🌹😁😁

  • @yougotredonyou5584

    It's not a cemetery

Egyptology has been a hobby of mine my entire life, but I still always learn something in every video of yours. Most videos I watch repeat the same facts about places that I’ve read a hundred times, but you always manage to include at least a couple little things that I never knew or show something I’ve never seen before, so thank you for making them

  • @johnnylangford6952

You are the best storyteller about ancient sites on RUclips. Great channel. I'm ready for the next video . "Let's go" ❤

It is a great mystery how do they built and placed those sarcophagus in such a narrow place. Thank you for the video, your friend in Key West Ingrid Holm
