Quality video guys and loved that drone footage to give some perspective... what a great "Tripp" and that superstition worked JT! See what I did there.. lol. Keep up the adventures.
I enjoyed watching you video my boy I was nice to see such organized chaos as you described it! Those "Chinook" are legendary! You know someone is going to say it's a bit violent
It is a bit violent when dispatching a fish. It’s way better in our opinion to dispatch them quickly then bleed them out. This ensures better table fair. Plus it’s way better than letting a fish slowly die gasping for air. Yes it is not for all people but it is part of the process of getting true organic protein. Thank you very much for watching and commenting we are pretty new to the RUclips thing and just want to share our epic experiences. We truly appreciate you watching. The more subscribers and views we get will help us put out more content. Look for some striped bass stuff and sturgeon fishing coming this fall.
Shasta again then the one and only Pyramid!!! With the season goal of a 20lber for anyone in the crew. None of really care who gets the big ones we just want to be a part of it.
Ok we will do that just for you! lol I was just there for a week you missed your chance to talk shit in person. By the way we will fish wherever we want just like you and just like everybody else thanks for watching 😂
If I remember correctly we went a bit heavy on the lead so we could fish tighter to the boat I think it was 8-16 oz depending on which rod. Bow rods heavier weights than the stern.
@@EpicFishingVibes Ok Kool Thanks! I'm headed there in 3 weeks, never been so just trying to learn as much as I can beforehand! I've seen you guys at my stomping grounds Pyramid Lake, NV. Im usually there twice a month since I'm only an hour away! Good Luck on your endeavors ✌️👍
Like JT said it helps to put the lures and flashers at different depths to prevent tangling with the other rods on the boat. Additionally it allows you to feel the bottom with the weight to give you an approximate idea of how far the flasher and lure are from the bottom
I can't wait until the California rivers open back up
Wow, those fish you guys were catching were HUGE!!! Amazing time in sure!
Thanks so much!

Great info. Those skateboards have sure done something to the fishery.
Yes they have. I fished the Sacramento River for years and when they were introduced down there they a game changer
@@EpicFishingVibesyep. Made it so anyone can catch one. Not necessarily a good thing is it?

How far up the rogue can you go from Gold Beach if you have an outboard Jet? I have a Thunderjet 205 with a 150 Yamaha outboard jet and a 9,9 kicker.
We are not sure that was our first time up there and only fished from the jetty’s to the bridge
Hey just curious if you tried your Minn Kota on this trip and if not, why not? Trying to decide if I should buy one.
No we did not. It’s a lot easier using the kicker you have faster response while using the the throttle while turning to avoid other boats
My question is why is no one fishing from shore ?
Saw a few people fishing from shore they just don’t catch many
What OZ dropper weight are you running? Thanks

Why do u put a dropper with the weight with the 360?
To get the offering to the right depth. We we’re running 5-6 rods
