Hello squid, I am a squid eater. As a seafood lover, the appeal of living on a boat is there, no question. Do you ever get sick of eating seafood? So expensive here I don't eat it anywhere near as much as I'd like hah! Hey how do you dry the squid like that and not have birds eat it? In fact I don't remember seeing birds in any of your vids. Nice vid; must be nice to share a common passion with a loved one. Good on ya mate.
I only dislike the fish with the tiny bones !! Truth be told... May does most of the fishing on this boat. There are a lot of predator birds here. I have never seen a seagull around in the decades I have been here. A lot of hawks high overhead looking for a live catch in the water. The boats around me that are only used on weekends, have old CD's on fishing line that twirl in the breeze to scare off any birds. We are quite fortunate to be able to sun dry fish and veg without worry !
