The og of commercial airliners the 707 . She's a looker for sure!! Probably why I love the 727 and the 737 the cockpit and nose are exactly the same eyebrow windows and all can't forget those JT8D engines. Thats what they used to call thrust you can trust. One of my favorite parts of these Boeing aircraft those eyebrow windows are legendary 👌
SU-APD .Delivered to United Arab Airlines in 1970. Renamed Egyptair in 1971. To Tristar Air in 2004. Withdrawn from use at Cairo by 2006 and scrapped in 2011.
We the people need to start saving some of these old 707s before there gone to fly at air shows ! So you can see what real 1st class airline travel was like
The aviation gods will always smile upon you Patrick, thank you for bringing this masterpiece into my life. I must admit I had completely forgotten EgyptAir were still flying the 707 as late as 1999 and into the 2000's, we at LHR at this time (1999-2000) still had the MS 747's! What heady days these were. ❤ You've put me in the mood to watch my Blu ray of 'The Delta Force' 🤣👍
no rolling take off though , final movement , missed , nothing lasts forever , the main reason for doing soon , i am glad i did before those gems became history
I loved the roar of the 707 - it was a lion in the sky.

That aircraft might still be flying today with Omega. They are a company that does contract aerial refueling, and they have some X Egyptian 707’s.
E bello seguirlo nel nostalgico lungo percorso taxi e poi con orgogliosa sicurezza correre a tutta manetta verso il cielo
