There's so many things to love about her - the signature vocal cracks, the whistle, the range, her pitch, the emotions when she sings - the one I'm most amazed is her breath control. From 9:23 to 9:39 - she's belting - soaring up above in the sky - in one breath.

NOBODY as in nobody saw that coming. Then she soared and we took flight with her. She's just absolutely incredible. Every video you watch is different and you can see her versatility, range. She's got it ALL! Seriously don't know how anybody can do runs up and down like that in one breath and yeah that chest to head voice. It's just mind blowing.
I've described this as a perfect performance. On a bus. Beautiful woman. Emotional song, even without the translation. Excellent singing voice. She just sits there, like its nothing. Then the fully controlled whistle. And ends it with a throw away whistle, because she can. Just a delight.
Catch one of her performances of O Holy Night. She is a monster.(in the best sense.)

I first heard Morissette sing when I was on Holidays in Thailand. At the time I had a dislike of most modern music and only really listened to music pre 2,000. Now i have a new found love of modern music through some incredible Asian artists. Particularly Morissette, Katrina and Demesh. My favourite is Morissette, she draws me in with her Elvis like tone, the emotion she portraits and the beauty in her soul.

It's amazing that she is so young and this is the first song she wrote/created! Plus she did this all while sitting down and there were plenty of times where she refrained from taking breaths and still kept on going. She is absolutely talented and definitely is the Philippines' Phoenix. I just wish she was more universally well-known because her incredible voice needs to be heard everywhere

Nothing much else i can add, just welcome to Morissette, she wont disappoint. I heard her on the voice whilst i was at my second home in Pampanga (my wife is Pinoy and son is mixed race). after coming home i lost track for about 1 year until i randomly came across her on youtube. Believe me when i say, you cant get enough. You hit the nail on the head when you said she really enjoys her profession and she certainly does. she has the ability to suck you right in, even before she starts singing. I am going back to the PI this year and hope to catch her live.

You can really tell from Nina's face reactions, love it, she's in awe and can't believe what she's hearing from this awesome video of Morissette. Mori is a rare kind of singer her techniques and style in singing are hard to duplicate nowadays even the best and great legendary singers from the Philippines admitted in interviews admires her.
