- This is a quick short animated video on Mismatch repair. The DNA mismatch repair is a repair pathway that removes the mismatch from the DNA. The proteins involved in the mismatch repair mechanism are mutS, mutL and mutH.
This is pure gold in video format
Thanks you!! I’m korean🇰🇷
정말 고맙습니다. 덕분에 헷갈렸던 개념 바로잡았습니다.
The best RUclips channel to understand biological concepts. Thank you !!
Next time keep in mind that a parent strand is not methylated in a parent strand in eukaryotic cells, but that this mechanism only works for prokaryotic cells. The mechanism for recognising a parent strand from a daughter strand in eukaryotic cells is not known yet.
Yeh E Coli is a prokaryote.
Oh thks
In eukaryotes, the parent strand is identified through transient nicks - how these occur is not yet known
@@dane3006 it is recently revealed it was not known before
he is talking about prokaryotic cells obviously because Eukaryotes uses other proteins than the Muts, i agree he should ve clarified this from the bigining
Thankyou 🤧 ur trick for pictorial memory is remarkable.
Such a charming video perfectly illustrating the process.
For me, your wonderful videos are soooo helpful….😂😂 I really want to send you a huge thank you for you from Korea! Thank you for giving me help to do my biology projects!
Big Heart, from Egypt 🇪🇬, Thank You very much ♥
Nicely explained ☺️
Sir plz make a video on double strand break also 👍🏻
Hahaha, love the shoes, lamp and helicopters, help me to memorize
So easy to understand, thank you
You make so easy to understand.... Thank you
Your videos are really very helpful 🤗God bless you 😇
Thank you ! It really made easy to understand .....thank you so much again..
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you so much you make it so easy to understand 💖🙏
Hey boss, please make a video on SOS repair system of DNA
Saved me a great amount of time
Awesome explaination btw
Keep it up!!
Very easy to understand, thanks!
Merci pour cette vidéo très claire !
Very nicely explained, thankyou ❤️
Thanks a lot.... It was very helpful
thank you
1:47 Instead of assembling all of these complexes, wouldn't it be easier if helicase unwinds strands..... Or directly exonuclease cleaves the faulty site with just assembly of Mut S protein...
The whole process would have been quite simple right?
good for the beginners.
❤❤❤❤thank you very much
Well explained🎉
Very helpful, thank you!
Thanks
why shoe, lamp, helicopter?
More easy in arabic SLH صلح means repair 😂😂
What a relief 😍
yo dawh i actually love you
God bless you.
This is amazing👍
thanks , its veryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy helpful
love from bangladesh
At the site of mismatch where T replace G it should be shrink instead of expand the helix structure becz of G has more large chemical structure than T
Mind blowing🤯.
Wow excellent
Must watch explanation
Respect for u bruhh❤️❤️❤️
Awesome
Thanks , l am from Azerbaijan🇦🇿💪
Correction done by DNA pol 3 or 1?
Gajab!
Very nyc
Wowww
the pneumonics are so random;)
thank you
