- Hi RUclips family,
In this video we are going for some shopping at "Madina Market". We just got some few items because the housegirl takes care of the weekly groceries.
Enjoy!

I really enjoy these market videos. I am glad I found your channel
Amazing Ghana was there last September 2019 and it was the most amazing experience of my life. Can't wait to go back to that beautiful country. Absolutely love Accra and Winneba ❤🇬🇭
The part the cracked me was writing " the announcer was announcing last destinations of buses like a mad man " that's the trotro business for u... 😂 😂 😂
Hi, Brother Kelvin and Sister Anna
My favourite market in 🇬🇭has to be Makola Market in Accra. It has a lot such as beefs, fishes, chickens, yams, green and ripe plantains, palm oil etc
Yes very true about the market tip I nearly got lost at the market
You need to capture the Tro Tro guys shouting Madina, Madina Madina 😁
Word of advice: our mothers at the market don’t like it when you touch their stuffs with your left hand to ask of prices... They let you slide cos you’ve got a camera in your hand
Oooo good point thank you ! I still have to get used to that rule
The use of the left hand in general, eating, greeting, giving money with that hand is a no. Lol
When I heard you speaking Twi to the market lady, I was so so so proud of you! You are adjusting so so well 🙌🏾🙌🏾
Hahha thanks 😊 were trying 😁👍🏽
You are really doing good with your twi bravo. Greetings from Belgium
Wow you guys speaking twi bravo keep on learning
Nice experience ❤️
Glad you enjoyed kossi 👍🏽🙂
Going there on Saturday is bad. No place to step. Hope you had fun
How I miss walking through the madina market in Corona days. You guys are brave, respect!!!
Oohw noo this was taken a while ago before covid19.
I think I wanna move to Ghana in a couple years 🤔 fresh start .... I’m tired of America
Really?
You should! I think its the best decision we ever made !
Hey bro I am moving there in one month,I am from.the Caribbean. I am an artist painter and trust me as soon as you can please move ,God bless.
will lol I’m lost what do you mean? “ you feel like your home where ever you are ” orrr?!?!?
Ghana is beautiful, and they’ll definitely be a cultural and Lifestlye adjustment. Visit Ghana on holiday to get a feel for the place, get to know and understand how things work, network and make connections. What you are going to do to make a living, cost of renting, or buying a house.
It was nice experience.
There's no place like home although i have been there just once since i was brought here in Canada as a young boy 25 years ago. I was there whole April 2019 and it was a blast, i can't wait to go back again possibly this year
Africa is born in you ! Is doesn’t matter where you are this will allways be home.
We’re waiting on you !
The announcer is broadcasting all the final destinations of the buses like a mad man really, Lol
EXCELLENT! GOOD TO KNOW YOU ARE LEARNING THE GHANAIAN WAY AND ALSO THE LANGUAGE ANNA. WELL DONE
Thanks Ras 🥰
Please more market videos ❤️❤️❤️
Noted what would you like to see ? Pray this covid19 is over soon
Acheampong Adventures me too! Anything cause when I see the market’s it makes me miss Ghana more 😩

Love Africa ❤️🙏
Africa is the future!
Hahhha your twi tho? I love it thank you
Hahahah did i do good ? Were trying 🙈
@@TheAcheampongFamily I will record and use as ringtone lol
Hahaha 🤣🙈
Ghanaian traders need to stop taking advantage of foreigners when it comes to pricing , they got to stay true
Oh wauw! Je Twi is echt goedd !! 👏🏾
Really 🙈😁 im trying 👍🏽
Nice video, I’m missing Ghana 🇬🇭
Thank you 💋😊🇬🇭
I miss Ghana mangoes ruff. The season is now. Next month it will be well ripe
I can see years from now, Mika watching this video and complaining about how you put his personal business out there.😂😂
Great content and editing as usual!
Hhahha i guess its payback for him allways keeping me up at night 😝
One mango 🥭 for almost $0.55cents ~ £0.45pence? I paid less in Morrisons last time I visited. Reason why I never buy personally at 🇬🇭 market. I will visit a 🇬🇭 market just to look around but not to buy, lol. The price double for some of us unfortunately 🙄.
Some of the background comments from the vendors are funny😄
obaa fe3fe - made me laugh
Love u guys so much
Thank you we love you too 😁❤️
It's too hustle, to buy a bag of fruits, vegetables, spices. But you barter at the market, unbelievable😎🌈💗
Ha obroni she is calling why are walking away lol
IPhone cool
Wow i wish was there will you all.
super video. How is Madina Area to visit apart from the market? thank you:)
Away from the market is just a normal area, around the market is super busy
@@TheAcheampongFamily Thank you :)
The tomatoes looked so beautiful
Food is another level of fresh here
👍❤️✌️
🦋💘love love love 🦋💘
Thanks Billy 🙂🥰
Whew! Accra has too much going on. I think I'm going to Abrui or Kumasi.
Yess aburi is such a nice relaxing place 😍
@@TheAcheampongFamily I'm not trading in NYC for more of the same. 😜
I would like to be featured in the vlog next time
Madina market needs redevelopment 👌👌
All markets do honestly. I dont understand why their just not in a hall
@@TheAcheampongFamily you can use ur platform to educate the public and the government I guess
@@TheAcheampongFamily you should check out adenta market! It's indoors!
Yeah it's very congested no planning people sitting in the road center no fixed prices 😍
Think of it as this way, our ancestors build almost all the major cities in America. Today we are enjoying the beauties of their pained Labour. America and the cities you always want to compare to Africa to were once like this. So instead of complaining it time we come back to build just as our ancestors did on foreign lands. It's a huge sacrifice to make for us and our children's children. If the government or whoever won't, we should. After Africa is home.
Acheampong is this Madina market named after Madina the holy city in Saudi Arabia?
I really dont know 🙈
Pietro Jenkins NO
Saudi Arabia's is Medina🤔
Yeah already I was comment previous video don't bring children's to very crowded areas like the confined streets if go shopping malls it's ok.
I really miss Ghana
Ghana misses you too !
The blue walls opposite the shop is a Catholic Church where i attend
That must be a difficult place to reach 😩
No it’s not
Makola market is busier
Yes it is !!
I live in Madina but I hate going to the market. Too crowded and too noisy for my sanity.
I feel the same way ! 😓
I wanna go so bad
💛🇬🇭
Hey longtime
Welcome back!
I heard people shouting 'obroni', were they referring to you? Lol
They might we hear that all the time
hmm the prices are so expensive...they're giving you guys their own cheating price because you guys are from the diaspora....Ghanaians always thinking about themselves
Ohw really hahaha didnt know 🤣
yes....
I am back.

Mrs, you are doing well by asking for the price of stuff in Twi but Mr was still speaking English, hhmmmm. Mr Acheampong, why why, almost six months but cannot try single simple Ga/Ewe/Twi. Mr Acheampong, please carry Mrs on your back for just 30 minutes and after that clap your hands for her. Am going to personally call her if you did your assignment. Oh lol
Hahaha hes too shy 🤣
@@TheAcheampongFamily
Mrs why are you speaking for Mr. You don't want Mr to carry you around for the thirty (30) minutes so you are speaking on his behalf. Why why. People want to see and hear him (Mr) speaks Ghana. Whenever he is on the streets interacting. (Ewe/Hausa/Ga/Akan)
Look at the floor is like Ghananian's don't have governments what a shamed, hmmm
Cant you afford to buy a new mattress ?
We can but dont need one. It was to protect the matrass micah sleeps on incase he wets the bed at night 👍🏽
