Lyric videos can be predictable and not visually interesting. Then you have the lyric videos of Dirt Poor Robins. Great music backed with simple appearing, yet complex visuals full of depth that supports and adds to the audio. Effects with purpose, not effects because they look cool. If you have not yet, allow your eyes and ears feast on the entire DPR catalog.

After all this is all we are... made of dirt and fed by stars... Not only are the lyrics excellently crafted, but also as a scientist in ecology, I resonnate a lot with this line, didn't realize how much until today after listening to this masterpiece so much !
I absolutely love your music. Listening to the lyrics of all the songs I see within my brain, stories of monsters who lack souls or try to find them, heroes who fall or rise, normal people who look up to them or fear them, and villains who change for better or worse. They fuel my imagination and have this kind of fantasy twist in a modern tune which I really love, like Evanescence without the heavy metal.
It's the kind of music I want to listen to when I write stories.
