If you can't find this option it might be Windows 11's "S Mode". This is their version of a safe mode, which you can turn off by searching s mode in the windows search and following the instructions.

@@TechReviewbangla you must switch windows 11 out of S mode. They hide it. If you search "activation" in settings "s mode" will pop up. On one of the drop downs click open store. Then "get" and enter your info. It will remove safe mode and allow non verified app downloads.
