You know ive been all over you know... barcelona tight city paris the west coast and the east coast all these cities all over the place but love is so perfect... and its set up so right that you know you cant get any better than that place
thats just respect you know how so many dudes flew out to just skate the last month im kinda sad that its gone since ill never be able to skate it, but im kinda glad because nothing else can be done down it nobody else is gonna take that fs flip from reynolds and nobody else is gonna land a front 360 down it besides jeremy wray
People dont understand how big difficult this gap is compared to gaps like Carlsbad and el Toro. The conditions have to be perfect, mind you, you are in the heart of the city where there are pedestrians, bike cops, bums, etc. There is also a lot of pressure bc there will always be a lot of people there when u even want to attempt it. GO PHILLIES!!

I just went two weeks ago. And believe it or not, it isnt hard at all to get a good solid 1 hour session in. And normally we just see the cops, run out, and then come right back like 30 minutes later.
why do people say R.I.P. Love Park? i flew out to Philly from South Florida to skate Love on Halloween weekend of 2008. there must have been at least 50 skaters there that saturday night before we all got chased out by cops. Love Park is very alive in my opinion

dude i would do the same excact thing, except id throw by board in my dads car..i remembered one time me and my brother and cousin were there and a cop to take my cousins board(cuz he was the oldest)and he was like"hell no dude" and the cop said "look, just get outta here and ill leave you alone"..so like 15 minutes later after a cheese steak and fries, we went back.

people dont realise nick merlino from atlantic city almost switch heeled love in like 5 tries with no filmer all the film was from phones.(its in my related videos sidebar idk about other peoples though.) and i think love is back open because chris cole also bs 360'd it in ride the sky.

my friend chris went there the other day with me and we were rolling through the park checking it out and a cop told us to stop skating and my friend said ok and then was leaving the park by skating out and he asked are you stupid or dumb and he said im leaving then a random guy came up to him and told him that the cop was just trying to arrest chris by getting him to talk smart to him after that he asked again and he just said he was leaving and he left
its not back open. he just skated there even though he wasnt allowed to. some days people get lucky and get to skate there when theres no security gaurds. last time i skated in philly i got kicked out of love for just holding my board. but this was because there some convention thing going on there.
