    I have learned that this was the creation of the demiurge-Saturn/mixed in with some knowledge about The True Creator and the true start of this time, in this reality, which I believe started in Sumeria- not in the garden of Eden-that came later...

    My question is why the hell would god put the serpent in the world if he didn’t want them to talk to it. I think god knew that they we were gonna talk to this snake and if he did create us in his image then isn’t it are destiny to know of good and evil?

      Yecid Ortega well if god know everything wouldn’t he know that we’d be tempted?? And didn’t he create the forbidden fruit and the snake? It seems silly to think that he wouldn’t know that we would eat that fruit.

      @@thecosmicgiggle8611 of course God knew all of that, after all he is omnipotent. He did all.of this on purpose so humas learn a lesson.

    The Bible does not call the woman 'Eve' till the creation of the woman from Adam's rib. The woman he creates before that is Lilith🤔

    Hmmm...In the beginning was the WORD, and the word was...
    Serpents (Hebrew: נָחָשׁ‎ nāḥāš) are referred to in both the Hebrew Bible and the New Testament. The symbol of a serpent or snake played important roles in religious and cultural life of ancient Egypt, Canaan, Mesopotamia and Greece. The serpent was a symbol of fertility. Nāḥāš, Hebrew for "snake", is also associated with divination, including the verb form meaning "to practice divination or fortune-telling". In the Hebrew Bible, Nāḥāš occurs in the Torah to identify the serpent in the Garden of Eden. Throughout the Hebrew Bible, it is also used in conjunction with seraph to describe vicious serpents in the wilderness. The tannin, a dragon monster, also occurs throughout the Hebrew Bible. In the Book of Exodus, the staffs of Moses and Aaron are turned into serpents, a nāḥāš for Moses, a tannin for Aaron.
    The story of the Garden of Eden and the fall of man represents a tradition among the Abrahamic peoples, with a presentation more or less symbolical of certain moral and religious truths.[1]
    Strong's #5172: nachash (pronounced naw-khash')
    a primitive root; properly, to hiss, i.e. whisper a (magic) spell; generally, to prognosticate:--X certainly, divine, enchanter, (use) X enchantment, learn by experience, X indeed, diligently observe.
    Interestingly, in Biblical Hebrew there is a fascinating strong etymological connection between the ‘Nachash’ and supernatural forces. The Biblical Hebrew word for ‘sorcery’ or ‘witchcraft’ is… that’s right…the SAME as the word for ‘SERPENT’ - meaning ‘Nachash’! {נחש}

      Thanks for this. I was wondering the difference between Tannin and Nachash. What is your source reference Tannin being a Dragon Monster?

    • @MrAnshie
      @MrAnshie 3 года назад

      @Josue Rodriguez Yes. But I am referring to the hebrew word Tannin. In Exodus, in the Hebrew bible.

    Plenty of morals to glean from the bible myths but sadly few seem to be looking for them. Refreshing to hear Allyson approach it from that perspective unlike the literalist and fundamentalist who are all too legalistic and divisive about it and actually take after the serpent the first politician.

      @@Seekingtruth-mx3urMonotheism is about violence and conflict. Monotheists are incapable of respecting other traditions. Pantheists can recognize other cultures' gods as being analogous or similar to ones one deity.

    It is to your own peril and damnation that you consider the creation account be a myth.
    The Torah and Bible has many spiritual truths that are beyond a superficial reading of the text.
    There are multiple layers of fact and objective truth revealed in careful study. Revealed on scientific, historical, archealogical, cosmological, and sociological levels.

    1 Timothy 2:5
    King James Version
    5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus
    You can’t get to God with drugs. Only Jesus. Any contact with God on drugs that says you are God is a liar, and a demon. God never lies. God can never sin. We have all sinned and fell short of the glory of God.
