Hey, if you ever get a kernel panic because of multiple flash drives pluged in at the same time during boot, reedit /etc/fstab and replace /dev/ with UUID. Completely remove dev and the forward slashes. Here is an example if you ever have to, UUID=89J3u4i-vd7e93j-dk3i82mdjd and make sure UUID is in all CAPS. The way you have it will work very good and you should not experience any kernel panics. Nice video for the raspberry pi and linux noobies.

ETA Prime - I would like to ask you questions on Set-up Raspberry Pi 3. You are the best at explain the process but I'm in between processes. Also, I'm a 67 year old Ret. USAF SMSGT. The final Product I'm trying to get to is a Server on my Windows 10 Desktop using the Raspberry as the Server. I'm also trying to use my Desktop monitor and keyboard for the Raspberry 3.1. So far I have download and used all the programs to load the Raspbian on the a 16gb Mini sim. Although I got an error format 2nd partion. 2. I got the Raspberry pi 3 working and it's coming up on my Windows 10 Desktop with Putty.3. Problem I want to make the Raspberry Boot up into the Raspbian Desktop.4. I want to get into the Raspberry Pi 3 with wifi or Ip.I have to say your comments on the use of the USB are Great. ThanksJoe

If would you like, i could show you how to install mate or raspbian from a pi, 100% terminal commands. I could show you how to partition and create the file system, then the dd commands to image out the flash drive. This would be 100% all terminal commands from beginning to end.
