Ramin is too hilarious, it's actually brilliant! I practically cracked up when everyone's at a loss when he sang in 'Queen's French' :)) Aww, I wish I was among the crowd so that I can sing along with him...
Never get tired of this video, and I've also seen him sing it like this live! Goosebumps galore! So lucky to have seen him live 6 times now and met him twice!
Am I the only one, who always smile, when he smiles? xD Omg, he's so damn good and his french version is also good, wether i don't like french that much. But Ramin can take it easily! xD
I hope that Cameron Mackintosh chooses Ramin to play Jean Valjean when it comes to Broadway next year! If he does, I would definitely go see him, no matter what it cost! My dream is to one day see him live.
Ramin is the best! Ramin is Canadian!!! We are so proud of him :-) Hope he will come back to Toronto to do more shows after Les Mis which is currently playing.....Welcome home and enjoy the stay!
***** I never insinuated that. I merely pointed out the fact that Ramin Karimloo grew up in Canada, which is known to be one of many French speaking nations.
Yup. He's a Canadian citizen, grew up in the suburbs of Toronto. It's a running joke that I'm the outlier among my pals here in Toronto, because I was actually born in Canada. We come from all over the world, but we're all Canadians here in T.O., and we all get along somehow. They made a joke about it on The Simpsons once.
I think Ramin can play just about any major Broadway musical role we know of--that's written for tenors, anyway--and totally OWN it...Phantom, Valjean, Marius, Enjolras...and I had NO clue he played the guitar...freakin' sweet. Question is...which BB King's venue is he playing here? Surely he's not at the one in NYC, since it likely got flooded when Hurricane Sandy came a-howling...
3:06 isn’t amazing how not everyone is a good singer... some are even bad. I would consider myself the latter. But when everyone sings together it sounds amazing!
Ramin: You have to sing along. Me: I do not speak French. Can you do Spanish? Ramin: Keeps singing French. Me: I will just listen to your amazing voice. And then he stops singing and it is just the audience.
I must say I really do not like this song to be sung without its rebellious spirit, rallying the people to fight for freedom. You cannot sing "not" softly! Just makes the crowd look like a bunch of idiots without any ideals - probably because we never had to fight for it with our blood.
Ramin singing this song in French. I think I'm dead.
Oh my god when he started it in French... My heart.
Is it just me or... the public sing really good! Usually it's just screaming, but here... :D
maybe they are mostly aspiring musical theatre singer
This is the Queen's French right here - omg....
Ramin is too hilarious, it's actually brilliant! I practically cracked up when everyone's at a loss when he sang in 'Queen's French' :))
Aww, I wish I was among the crowd so that I can sing along with him...
I am going to make a list. "All the reasons why Ramin Karimloo is too good for this world"
Have you stopped writing yet?
This is the type of musician that should come out of Canada, not Beiber...
HALLELUJAH
Beiber is all auto tune. He's not a real singer at all. And the same goes for Britney Spears and Madonna. Neither can sing.
There is room enough for ALL types of music and artist.
Thank goodness!
@@rawmark he can definitely sing.
This is my definition of fan girling. Ramin is soooooo perfect
And here I am, 7 years later crying over how much I love Ramin
Proud that he’s Canadian but sad that he now lives in the UK.
I adore the Battle Hymn of the Republic addition at the end, it was such a good fit
ugh he's so perfect.
This is brilliant! Should be part of every show.
I love his facial expressions :D And his voice, oh my, I can't even contain myself. He's the best, for sure.
I went to his saturday night performance....It left me speechless and in tears. I have never witnessed a better show.
Never get tired of this video, and I've also seen him sing it like this live! Goosebumps galore! So lucky to have seen him live 6 times now and met him twice!
My dream to see him sing live!
Am I the only one, who always smile, when he smiles? xD Omg, he's so damn good and his french version is also good, wether i don't like french that much. But Ramin can take it easily! xD
Omg me too!
😍😍😍
I love the utilization of all the string instruments.
I hope that Cameron Mackintosh chooses Ramin to play Jean Valjean when it comes to Broadway next year! If he does, I would definitely go see him, no matter what it cost! My dream is to one day see him live.
Saw ramin many times. One of the best ever

This is definitely one of my favourite versions of this song, it's just so cheerful and the "glory, glory, hallelujah" but is just MMmmmmmm
Oh my goodness I was actually there for this!! This was one of the best nights of my life.
The violinist is amazing!!

He's actually Iranian...
Yes I knew that, but he left Iran when he was very young and moved to Italy
for a while until he moved to Canada where he pretty much grew up.
Yup. He's a Canadian citizen, grew up in the suburbs of Toronto. It's a running joke that I'm the outlier among my pals here in Toronto, because I was actually born in Canada. I was at this performance and just I can't even ugh it was amazinnnggg!!!

3:06 isn’t amazing how not everyone is a good singer... some are even bad. I would consider myself the latter. But when everyone sings together it sounds amazing!

I can’t believe he’s singing this song in French! EPIC!!

And i wish i can be that 10%
I would have been that French lady singing (being French and knowing the lyrics in both languages too), this was cathartic haha

Ramin: Keeps singing French.

Ask which country is beginning to sing the language?
had to listen to the self appreciation for 3/4 of the vid. the only positive is that they played it.
His French ain't the best buuuut I mean, look at that precious face. It makes it even better
Why no one knows the French version... it's important, the original Story is of Victor Hugo...!
I'm French and I don't even know it in French, only English
Haha same 🙈
Who's that guy singing the part 'will you join in the crusades? ...'
I like his voice (: But Ramin
Steve Young. He just released his 1st CD.
Omg, that's so cool! :o Thankyou very much
The one on Ramin's right in a T-shirt is Sergio Ortega. He is still accompanying him now.
NEW: ruclips.net/video/do9Q6CO2kCk/видео.html enjoy!
Is it possible to die and go to heaven as many times as I did watching this video?
ㅋㅋㅋ첨에 이미지뜨는 거 보고 애기안고있는 줄
I went and it was an understudy :'(
Who disliked this
I’m amazed he can’t read music.
I must say I really do not like this song to be sung without its rebellious spirit, rallying the people to fight for freedom. You cannot sing "not" softly! Just makes the crowd look like a bunch of idiots without any ideals - probably because we never had to fight for it with our blood.
He has an awful french accent but a beautiful voice.
How to screw up a beautiful song
😍😍😍😍😍
