  • In this video we will replace a leaking AC radiator on Ford Kuga. The flaps in front of the radiator are also defective and need to be replaced. A little more challenging disassembly than on the VW Touran.
    Leak finding with nitrogen pressure test at 25 bars.
    This took me about 8 hours to do but probably it could be done faster if you already know the car or done it before.

    Much braver man then I, I had one of these monstrosities come into my shop yesterday and I had no Idea where to start. I passed on this job, and according to this video im glad I did.

    Thank you for such a great video. I looked how to remove intercooler but your video helps me with it a lot. That is bloody hell long job.

    How did you remove the headlights connector? I can't unplug it, it's stuck
