Glad to hear your opinion on Rick VS Bender, it's easily around in one of my top 20 matchups of all time after watching Rick and Morty because of Rick VS The Doctor.
My favorite matchup is Penny Polendina vs Serial Designation N. My reasoning is simply because I love both RWBY and Murder Drones, along with these characters. The connections are even really good with both being war machines that are actually really nice and were able to turn away from their designated paths thanks to the main character calling them friend. I know both have more preferred opponents like Aegis for Penny and Blade Wolf for N, but Penny vs Aegis would be another Weiss vs Mitsuru and Blade Wolf likely isn’t anywhere on Death Battle’s radar. I really like this matchup specifically for the characters and their interactions with one another, because both are very nice but still willing to go for the kill at times and could lead to some funny moments and a sad ending. I’d also like to finally hear Death Battle talk about the RWBY maidens in detail and other than just a speed feat. Another thing I’d like to see is Wiz going over the lore and depressing details of these characters while Boomstick initially wants to focus on the cool weapons in the Disassembly Drone arsenal and the maiden powers and giant F off laser Penny has. I just think this would be a fun episode and could be pretty good one.
There is another matchup for Junko Enoshima that most people haven't even considered until now. I'm talking about Catherine Ward from Angels Of Death Vs Junko Enoshima from Danganronpa. For the connection for these two, they are both Blond Sadistic Women who were obsessed with different ideologies from their respective worlds, while Catherine Ward is obsessed with Sins and Sinners, and of course Junko Enoshima is obsessed with the whole Despair. And they both take pleasure in torture, in the wake of their death they both express their happiness.
Thanks Rappter for once again showing us reviews of the MU’s that we’ve commented on your DB Poll. • I enjoyed Sans vs Ness on DBX but after seeing how popular Sans vs The Judge was on the tournament of champions I gotta say it’s a more successful battle for both and whether or not they find an alternative match for Ness, hopefully it’ll be a good one. • Joker vs Giorno is one match that’ll be excellent to see in whatever animation style the crew uses whether it’s sprite with some hand drawn animation in it or hand drawn animation all by itself, it’ll be a great episode entirely. • Henry Stickman vs Second Coming, I used to play the stickman games from stealing a diamond to escaping from prison I can see Stickman having a lot of abilities and weapons that’ll help him in battle. The Second Coming on the another hand looks like a formidable force to be reckoning with, it took on multiple stick figures with ease and it broke the internet no problem I wonder how the DB crew will fix that 😂. • Sausage vs Pepperoni was probably just an idea from someone who just hungry for pepperoni and sausage pizza. • Kenki vs Aaron, I liked hearing how you used to watch the show with your father and how it’s one of your favorite matchups ever I respect that. • Springtrap vs Junko, I’m so glad to see someone besides me thinking of Chucky vs Slappy. A lot of people have been saying Chucky vs Springtrap is their preferred MU for both but I gotta say it’s an interesting choice for both Springtrap and Junko. • I loved Rick Sanchez vs The Doctor too and people are coming up with alternative matchups for Rick, he’s starting to become as Death Battle famous as Deadpool. • Ego vs Mogo is an interesting idea with potential, after seeing Ego in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 portrayed by Kurt Russell one of my favorite actors, I’d like to learn more about the living planet and his green adversary. I love Ego VS Mogo because the characters aren’t as well known, even with Ego appearing in the MCU. The same could be said for matchups like Annihilus VS Larfleeze.

Ken Kaneki vs Eren Jaegar I remember constantly saying in the comments back during the early seasons so I probably was or was not the start of it (no point in taking credit for that one, just happy a lot of other people agreed). One battle I always remember constantly preaching for though was Sombra (Overwatch) vs Kasumi Goto (Mass Effect). Both are infiltrators with SMGs, tactical cloaks, hacking abilities, and then some of their own personal abilities (Sombra's translocator and EMP, Kasumi's flashbang grenades and later borrowing Garrus's AP Ammo and EDI's Decoy), and both joined up with teams to go on extremely dangerous missions (albeit for different reasons, like Sombra wanting to get all of the world's secrets and Kasumi trying to help save the galaxy from the Reapers without actually being drafted into the war). Of course, over time it's moved from my #1 battle I'd like to see to my #2, due in part to me not playing Overwatch anymore, but I still think it's a fight that should happen.

As an absolute lover of both Undertale and the Mother series, Ness and Sans being in death battle episodes would make me so happy to see however I really would want them to have their own separate opponents instead of them fighting mainly because of just how one-sided I see the fight as. I know why people would want them to fight each other but it's just something I wouldn't want to see personally because I would just highly be expecting Ness to win because of just how strong he is and the feats he has. If they do the match regardless, it will still be cool to watch and a fun time obviously just like the DBX was but I knew Sans would win that one due to those outcomes being decided by votes. I can't wait to see the future of Death Battle regardless, very excited
Honestly you should try a stick of pepperoni, especially if it's a big thick one you'd normally slice up for sandwich meat. If you get some that's not overly-spicy, it's surprisingly good, and quite the unique eating experience.

My personal top 3 favorite match-ups is 3. Springtrap vs Junko (Five NightsatFreddy's vs Danganronpa), 2. Luz vs Anne (The Owl House vs Amphibia), 1. Scp-682 vs Doomsday (SCP vs Dc Comics). Some honorable mentions being Joel vs Rick (The Last of Us vs The Walking Dead), Freddy Krueger vs Pennywise (Nightmare on Elm Street vs IT) and Monokuma vs Korosensei (Danganronpa vs Assassination Classroom)
While Springtrap is one of my favorite characters from FNAF, I genuinely believe that FNAF as a whole shouldn't be on Death Battle due to how hard it is to work with. A lot of the series is kept vague, and the animatronic antagonists aren't seen doing a whole lot. Even though Springtrap is probably the most versus viable given his extensive history, most of his feats are either said and not shown or merely implied through background details. I like the idea of him fighting either Junko from Danganronpa or Chris Walker from Outlast, but given the issues present with how FNAF handles its characters, it would be a major chore to get anything out of Springtrap that could be used in versus. Also, from my limited knowledge of Danganronpa, Junko doesn't actually fight that much in the games, and as someone who's played Outlast recently, Chris Walker doesn't fare much better since his only feats are jumping from high up and breaking down doors. Not very impressive on either side.
Despite Junko not fighting much in the games she has fought people and won. Like defeating Ultimate Boxer Juzo for instance. She was also stated to be the 2nd strongest in the franchise after Sakura Ogami the ultimate Martial Artist by the creator in a interview for Danganronpa V3. And there is no telling if Alter Ego Junko would be brought into this fight or not which might cause other stuff like big bang monokuma, Shirokuma or Kurokuma to get brought into this too. I guess it would really depend on the person making the fight if they would be treated as 1 character or not.
@@joshblackwell8632 Okay, so she has some combat experience, but would any of that be helpful against a rotting corpse in a metal rabbit suit? As decrepit as it is, I doubt any sort of strength she has would do sufficient damage to Springtrap's animatronic body, especially since he crawled out of a crumbling building perfectly fine.
@@tonysonic456 The Danganronpa series is full of characters that can do ridiculous things and are pretty much super human. Endurance: Junko by herself withstood be hit by a backhoe claw multiple times (Construction vehicle). 2.) Having a firetruck dropped on her while sitting in fire. 3.) Being hit with 1000 baseballs throwing by a pitching machine. 4.) Survived being sent into orbit and back in a rocket with No special defense or suits despite this killing someone that went through the same thing. 5.) Survived having her body being fried by electricity at high speed. Intellgence/Ability: Her talent Allows her to quickly analyze her surroundings with near superhuman speed, detailed thinking and memorization. This also allows her to learn and understand new skills and talents by just seeing/studying it once. This talent gives her an excellent ability to make very detailed plans in a short amount of time. She is also excellent at reading and thus manipulating others. She can often predict what a person is going to do before they do it - an ability she can use to defeat opponents much stronger than her. Weapons: Hundreds of Monokumas, Hypnosis, Big Bang Monokuma (Giant), Shirokuma & Kurokuma. A Monokuma can tear through metal, steel & Flesh. It can explode too. Junko used this robot to fight the strongest character in the franchise The ultimate Martial artist (Sakura) with insane speed and precision. Monokuma sustained no damage from her but left the Martial artist sakura with aches and pains. I hope all of this answers your question.
@@joshblackwell8632 Well damn, that sounds too ridiculous to be true, but then again, Danganronpa is the definition of "There's no such thing as sanity". Still, I'm not convinced that Springtrap would work in Death Battle given the aforementioned problems with FNAF. Sure, you could include stuff like the FNAF 6 fire and his abilities as Glitchtrap, assuming you don't believe in the "Mimic is Glitchtrap" fan theory, but that's still not much.
@@tonysonic456 Yeah it would be pretty tough to get a canon fnaf character in a death battle. If anything Scott/Animdude would probably be the only 1 capable of being in one because of the all the spin off games where he has so many different abilities & forms.
My new most wanted matchup has to be seto kaiba vs kamen rider genm. Basically two genius ceo's with terrible parents who have a complex relationship with their main character. Plus they are both extra AF and would love seeing them interact at all.

I don't know what will be my favourite match up, but if I had to choose one, it would be Golden Darkness (To Love-Ru) vs. Erza Scarlet (Fairy Tail) they had similar powers, making a battle between the two be more on whose the better fighter. Seeing how they can change weapons at will. I think it would be a fun fight.
Ryuga vs Seto Kaiba Both are antagonistic rivals to the main character who started out as straight up villains but then matured and became stronger with their main dragon themed children's game pieces.
I know Joker (P5) vs Giorno is insanely popular but I highly prefer Joker vs The Legionis/Officer Akira Howard from Astral Chain. Their connections are good and the Cops vs Thiefs motif is amazing.
Dio vs kawaki ( Jo Jo Bizarre Adventure vs Boruto ) two guys who were abused by their drunken father and were adopted by a good family but they try to ruin their adopted brother life and are the main villain of the show and are the cause of their adopted father death. I still can't believe nobody though about it and this idea makes a lot of sense
@@TheDJBalloonz Both are the mask-wearing, man-childish main antagonists of their respective shows who everyone else either is afraid of them or despises them with a firey passion. Both have intense god complexes and technically are in fact immortal gods in a way, with Dream having 3 lives and borrowing the Book of Necromancy from Jschlatt, thus giving him the power to resurrect anyone that he wishes, and Adam being the first man as well as the head of the exorcists, thus making most of Hell fear him. They are both well-known for their humorous and crude comedy; often to another's expense, and are very cocky individuals, and their cocky natures resulted in them dying. They both try they're best to make the world better and use very violent tactics to do so, with Dream destroying all of L'Manberg until only bedrock was left and Adam trying to destroy Hell and kill every demon. They are both shown to be some of the most powerful of their respective series, with Dream showing signs of being comparable to the bedrock-destroying Technoblade and Adam only being able to be defeated with Charlie and Lucifer's strength combined. They often travel through portals to get to where they want to go, with Dream using a nether portal to head to the Nether and Adam using his portals to travel across Heaven and Hell. I don't wanna start an argument or anything but like.......i have such a problem with a lot of matchups some come up with in general, i feel like people just make matchups without actually thinking about it past a singular similarity or even if the matchup is really thematical just wouldnt work as a fight, an example of the former would be something like ruby vs maka (i know its not in the video im just saying in general), its just girl with scythe, this is about as good a matchup as nightmare and guts because big swords, for god sakes cinder and metalix have more going for it and that's saying something, its just girl with scythe attending an academy for something (even then ruby hasnt been in school for 6 seasons), that's it, I'd rather not just feed ruby to maka when there's probably better stuff for both characters, keep in mind i know next to nothing about soul eater as i watched like a few episodes years ago so if there IS more connections than what i mentioned then please tell me and an example of the latter is something like springtrap vs junko or dio......no, just fucking no, if i have to explain why putting a old half dead man in a broken down animatronic suit with NO powers up agaisnt fucking dio brando is dumb, then idk what to say lol (that one fan animation is pretty awesome but thats essentially just a non canon mugen springtrap) but him and junko? its thematic af ill give you that, but genuinely what would the fight even be? like genuinely, springtrap isn't a direct fighter and junko barely resorts to it, they just keep coming back by some means and manipulate shit to cause more mayhem for regular people, and even in Afton's case he kickstarted the plot of fnaf but.....that's really it, he doesn't have anything, and lets just say he finds junko herself and tries to kill her, she can fucking fight, and really good mind you, like almost superhuman unless I'm mistaken, I've only played the first 2 games and heard of some other shit, and yes I know being able to be set on fucking fire and still be walking around isn't exactly normal, but that's a more supernatural "my soul lives on" sort of deal then anything, he's not beating someone who made a tiny bear robot that can scrap with fucking SAKURA, Do I have to tell you sakura would fold springtrap like an omelet? 😂 also henry vs the chosen one......isnt henry just like......a slightly above average human level person with quick wits? isn't any Alan Becker character essentially a fucking dbz character? like jeez 😭 I just don't think these would make for good fights, now fantracks on the other hand I like, for example, Five nights at luigis, luigi vs the fnaf animatronics, as a fight? it isnt one, luigi trips and falls on one of them and they implode lol, but thematically speaking it makes sense as a fun scenario so making a fan track like brandon did is way better for something like that if im being stupid or something please let me know 🙏
Junko also did a bunch of Stuff in the Danganronpa 3 anime as well as the Danganronpa 0 Light Novel. So thats even more stuff in her favor that can unbalance this match. Idk Maybe people are thinking of Glitchtrap & Alter Ego Junko when they talk about this match too.

Edit 3: I think Joker Wins now because he’s faster, has higher scaling, and there is no proof that GER’s ability works on a conceptual Level. Old Comment: Joker wins because Giorno’s powers where turned off by less strong reality warping than in just the bace P5 in Eyes of Heaven witch was written by Araki. That is probably the best way to explain the gap and make it accessible to a general audience. (JoJo is my favourite thing ever, but that can still be true and I can still think Giorno would lose without enjoying it any less.)

@@Yune1718 Also Nova-Kiser from Persona 2 is proof that Persona Characters are bound by time, it’s a time stop power that only the persona using it can move within. But, to your point against reality warping, The Meta-Verse fused with reality and the God that had complete control over it couldn’t erase Joker or the rest of the Phantom Thieves out of existence, and could not get rid of their powers (witch are linked to cognition, & their rebellious spirits in this case) Giorno’s Power was stopped by someone who needed to make physical contact with things in-order to warp reality (on that one thing that he’s touching in particular).

• Henry Stickman vs Second Coming, I used to play the stickman games from stealing a diamond to escaping from prison I can see Stickman having a lot of abilities and weapons that’ll help him in battle. The Second Coming on the another hand looks like a formidable force to be reckoning with, it took on multiple stick figures with ease and it broke the internet no problem I wonder how the DB crew will fix that 😂.

• Ego vs Mogo is an interesting idea with potential, after seeing Ego in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 portrayed by Kurt Russell one of my favorite actors, I’d like to learn more about the living planet and his green adversary.

Ken Kaneki vs Eren Jaegar I remember constantly saying in the comments back during the early seasons so I probably was or was not the start of it (no point in taking credit for that one, just happy a lot of other people agreed). One battle I always remember constantly preaching for though was Sombra (Overwatch) vs Kasumi Goto (Mass Effect). Both are infiltrators with SMGs, tactical cloaks, hacking abilities, and then some of their own personal abilities (Sombra's translocator and EMP, Kasumi's flashbang grenades and later borrowing Garrus's AP Ammo and EDI's Decoy), and both joined up with teams to go on extremely dangerous missions (albeit for different reasons, like Sombra wanting to get all of the world's secrets and Kasumi trying to help save the galaxy from the Reapers without actually being drafted into the war). Of course, over time it's moved from my #1 battle I'd like to see to my #2, due in part to me not playing Overwatch anymore, but I still think it's a fight that should happen.

As an absolute lover of both Undertale and the Mother series, Ness and Sans being in death battle episodes would make me so happy to see however I really would want them to have their own separate opponents instead of them fighting mainly because of just how one-sided I see the fight as. I know why people would want them to fight each other but it's just something I wouldn't want to see personally because I would just highly be expecting Ness to win because of just how strong he is and the feats he has. If they do the match regardless, it will still be cool to watch and a fun time obviously just like the DBX was but I knew Sans would win that one due to those outcomes being decided by votes. I can't wait to see the future of Death Battle regardless, very excited
Honestly you should try a stick of pepperoni, especially if it's a big thick one you'd normally slice up for sandwich meat. If you get some that's not overly-spicy, it's surprisingly good, and quite the unique eating experience.
With Cradle getting some kind of animation, I really hope it gets into a Death Battle, feels like its made for it

While Springtrap is one of my favorite characters from FNAF, I genuinely believe that FNAF as a whole shouldn't be on Death Battle due to how hard it is to work with. A lot of the series is kept vague, and the animatronic antagonists aren't seen doing a whole lot. Even though Springtrap is probably the most versus viable given his extensive history, most of his feats are either said and not shown or merely implied through background details. I like the idea of him fighting either Junko from Danganronpa or Chris Walker from Outlast, but given the issues present with how FNAF handles its characters, it would be a major chore to get anything out of Springtrap that could be used in versus. Also, from my limited knowledge of Danganronpa, Junko doesn't actually fight that much in the games, and as someone who's played Outlast recently, Chris Walker doesn't fare much better since his only feats are jumping from high up and breaking down doors. Not very impressive on either side.
Despite Junko not fighting much in the games she has fought people and won. Like defeating Ultimate Boxer Juzo for instance. She was also stated to be the 2nd strongest in the franchise after Sakura Ogami the ultimate Martial Artist by the creator in a interview for Danganronpa V3. And there is no telling if Alter Ego Junko would be brought into this fight or not which might cause other stuff like big bang monokuma, Shirokuma or Kurokuma to get brought into this too. I guess it would really depend on the person making the fight if they would be treated as 1 character or not.
@@joshblackwell8632 Okay, so she has some combat experience, but would any of that be helpful against a rotting corpse in a metal rabbit suit? As decrepit as it is, I doubt any sort of strength she has would do sufficient damage to Springtrap's animatronic body, especially since he crawled out of a crumbling building perfectly fine.
@@tonysonic456 The Danganronpa series is full of characters that can do ridiculous things and are pretty much super human.
Endurance: Junko by herself withstood be hit by a backhoe claw multiple times (Construction vehicle).
2.) Having a firetruck dropped on her while sitting in fire.
3.) Being hit with 1000 baseballs throwing by a pitching machine.
4.) Survived being sent into orbit and back in a rocket with No special defense or suits despite this killing someone that went through the same thing.
5.) Survived having her body being fried by electricity at high speed.
Intellgence/Ability: Her talent Allows her to quickly analyze her surroundings with near superhuman speed, detailed thinking and memorization.
This also allows her to learn and understand new skills and talents by just seeing/studying it once. This talent gives her an excellent ability to make very detailed plans in a short amount of time. She is also excellent at reading and thus manipulating others.
She can often predict what a person is going to do before they do it - an ability she can use to defeat opponents much stronger than her.
Weapons: Hundreds of Monokumas, Hypnosis, Big Bang Monokuma (Giant), Shirokuma & Kurokuma.
A Monokuma can tear through metal, steel & Flesh. It can explode too. Junko used this robot to fight the strongest character in the franchise The ultimate Martial artist (Sakura) with insane speed and precision. Monokuma sustained no damage from her but left the Martial artist sakura with aches and pains.

@@joshblackwell8632 Well damn, that sounds too ridiculous to be true, but then again, Danganronpa is the definition of "There's no such thing as sanity". Still, I'm not convinced that Springtrap would work in Death Battle given the aforementioned problems with FNAF. Sure, you could include stuff like the FNAF 6 fire and his abilities as Glitchtrap, assuming you don't believe in the "Mimic is Glitchtrap" fan theory, but that's still not much.
@@tonysonic456 Yeah it would be pretty tough to get a canon fnaf character in a death battle. If anything Scott/Animdude would probably be the only 1 capable of being in one because of the all the spin off games where he has so many different abilities & forms.

I don't know what will be my favourite match up, but if I had to choose one, it would be Golden Darkness (To Love-Ru) vs. Erza Scarlet (Fairy Tail) they had similar powers, making a battle between the two be more on whose the better fighter. Both are antagonistic rivals to the main character who started out as straight up villains but then matured and became stronger with their main dragon themed children's game pieces.
I know Joker (P5) vs Giorno is insanely popular but I highly prefer Joker vs The Legionis/Officer Akira Howard from Astral Chain. Their connections are good and the Cops vs Thiefs motif is amazing.

@@TheDJBalloonz Both are the mask-wearing, man-childish main antagonists of their respective shows who everyone else either is afraid of them or despises them with a firey passion.
Both have intense god complexes and technically are in fact immortal gods in a way, with Dream having 3 lives and borrowing the Book of Necromancy from Jschlatt, thus giving him the power to resurrect anyone that he wishes, and Adam being the first man as well as the head of the exorcists, thus making most of Hell fear him.
They are both well-known for their humorous and crude comedy; often to another's expense, and are very cocky individuals, and their cocky natures resulted in them dying.
They both try they're best to make the world better and use very violent tactics to do so, with Dream destroying all of L'Manberg until only bedrock was left and Adam trying to destroy Hell and kill every demon.
They are both shown to be some of the most powerful of their respective series, with Dream showing signs of being comparable to the bedrock-destroying Technoblade and Adam only being able to be defeated with Charlie and Lucifer's strength combined.
They often travel through portals to get to where they want to go, with Dream using a nether portal to head to the Nether and Adam using his portals to travel across Heaven and Hell. (Very fitting considering that the Nether is essentially Minecraft's version of Hell)

I don't wanna start an argument or anything but like.......i have such a problem with a lot of matchups some come up with in general, i feel like people just make matchups without actually thinking about it past a singular similarity or even if the matchup is really thematical just wouldnt work as a fight,
an example of the former would be something like ruby vs maka (i know its not in the video im just saying in general), its just girl with scythe, this is about as good a matchup as nightmare and guts because big swords, for god sakes cinder and metalix have more going for it and that's saying something, its just girl with scythe attending an academy for something (even then ruby hasnt been in school for 6 seasons), that's it, I'd rather not just feed ruby to maka when there's probably better stuff for both characters, keep in mind i know next to nothing about soul eater as i watched like a few episodes years ago so if there IS more connections than what i mentioned then please tell me

but him and junko? its thematic af ill give you that, but genuinely what would the fight even be? like genuinely, springtrap isn't a direct fighter and junko barely resorts to it, they just keep coming back by some means and manipulate shit to cause more mayhem for regular people, and even in Afton's case he kickstarted the plot of fnaf but.....that's really it, he doesn't have anything, and lets just say he finds junko herself and tries to kill her, she can fucking fight, and really good mind you, like almost superhuman unless I'm mistaken, I've only played the first 2 games and heard of some other shit, and yes I know being able to be set on fucking fire and still be walking around isn't exactly normal, but that's a more supernatural "my soul lives on" sort of deal then anything, he's not beating someone who made a tiny bear robot that can scrap with fucking SAKURA, Do I have to tell you sakura would fold springtrap like an omelet? 😂

I just don't think these would make for good fights, now fantracks on the other hand I like, for example, Five nights at luigis, luigi vs the fnaf animatronics, as a fight? it isnt one, luigi trips and falls on one of them and they implode lol, but thematically speaking it makes sense as a fun scenario so making a fan track like brandon did is way better for something like that

Joker wins because Giorno’s powers where turned off by less strong reality warping than in just the bace P5 in Eyes of Heaven witch was written by Araki. That is probably the best way to explain the gap and make it accessible to a general audience. (JoJo is my favourite thing ever, but that can still be true and I can still think Giorno would lose without enjoying it any less.)

But, to your point against reality warping, The Meta-Verse fused with reality and the God that had complete control over it couldn’t erase Joker or the rest of the Phantom Thieves out of existence, and could not get rid of their powers (witch are linked to cognition, & their rebellious spirits in this case) Giorno’s Power was stopped by someone who needed to make physical contact with things in-order to warp reality (on that one thing that he’s touching in particular).
