I loved this ride when I finally got to ride it for the 1st time last year. This year my son was finally tall enough. Watching it through his eyes was incredible. He was thrilled to ride it multiple times and had been begging to go fly over the elephants since we left for home yesterday. Thank you for getting this video so he can relive his 'favorite' ride as often as he wants!
Born & raised in Cali… haven’t been to Disneyland in a few yrs, super excited that my family & I will be there in June of this year! We have so many new additions to the family I’m more excited to see how the children react to seeing their fav princess or Disney hero in person. And I have to admit we have some adults that’s never been but their coming Gm outta state. Yup huge group of 70 members of my family and I’m the host😳! Wish me luck🤞!

The last movies that there is a tower and Disney are different.
Keep that in mind, we only get the original soarin over California during Disney food and wine festival during the early March to late April every year.
No wonder I seen the other soarin one and its diffrent from this one.

With them having 2 theaters....wish one was "around the world" & the other was "over California", would be petty cool.
That would be a terrible idea because it would make the lines longer. So I’d rather only have Soarin’ Over California in both theaters permanently.

My son said all the rides were his favorite, but this is the only 1 he's been begging to watch and the one he cried when he realized we couldn't just go over to DCA and ride our last day at Disneyland. Looks like we've got to do Park hoppers next year. Lol
I cry every time listening to the damn song. So good!

I’m kinda confused it’s an imax screen ride. Couldn’t they have one of the theaters play Soarin around the world and the other one play Soarin over California. Then Disney can have both and I can still get to ride the original.
Are there loops the loops on soaring around the world at Disneyland? I don't like rides that have loops. When you go on a ride that has loops you're upside down. I'm too scared to go on rides with loops. I haven't been to Disneyland. I've always wanted to go to Disneyland. Disneyland is far. Disneyland is so expensive.
No loops only on incredicoastet
There are no loops. It’s one of the more gentle simulator rides at Disneyland 👍

Ok so update on how I was scared for my life on this ride I actually went to Disney and went to this ride again and it was SO calm and Amazing I think I faced my fear over this ride LOL

when I was a kid, I m 69, there was a round the world. we stood in a round room and the video was all around us. I never liked standing in the crowd. it was a big one for a little kid to handle.

Me too! I just got back from a Disney trip. I had never been on this ride before, the line is always just too long. But this last time we bought the Genie plus passes to skip ahead in the line. I was really excited to finally get to try this ride. Then as soon as it started, it was just waay too intense for me. I was terrified the entire time, started hyperventilating, had to keep my eyes closed for half of it. I had to come online to see what I missed while my eyes were closed.
