Like I've told ya before, I HATE leaving the house, and have only thrifted a couple times. I plan to go this friday to 2 stores, goodwill and then a thrift store right next to it, I dread it because it will take me 2 hrs inside each store because I'm still new so i have to look a lot of stuff up on my phone in the store and after one store I'm burnt out but the other is right next to it so might as well go there instead of driving back out there the next day-- but this video gives me a little motivation. i Do have a list of brands to look for, but I can't help look up brands I come across for the "what if" factor thats what takes me so long in a store!
That is exactly right, while I was part time I looked up every new items for 2 years when I got off my 8-5 job. 2 stores Monday-Friday and yard sales Saturday and Sunday. Then when I became full time I started the out of town routes.
As resellers we must adapt. It’s getting harder and harder to source clothes at thrift stores. May need to broaden your horizons to other items around the store. Rooting for you!
Hi, do you source only goodwill? I am in the Dallas area and only do thrift Grant, their the best kept secret 😮😊 thanks for giving us Brand names to source! Best RUclipsr in my book 📕
Since they seem to know you hope they don't watch the video for bolo's and next time Filson is $19.99. 🤣 Don't trust these dudes even a little bit. BTW vintage abercrombie cargo is indeed a bolo, people are obsessing with their old cargo shorts, they go for about $40-50 depending on condition and other factors.
I know you don’t like the bins man but economically you are gonna get a ton of items for less then $1 a piece. Big chain thrift stores are overpriced these days. Go adapt.
I despise the bins! One strategy is finding another way to make money that doesn't include the bins. But yes I agree, the chain thrifts are getting higher and higher.

Interesting to hear what you're thinking as you go through the racks and decide if you're going to take someone and why/why not. Thanks!
Yeah is all crazy. Even going to yard/estate sales the prices being asked are above eBay most times.. Nuts.
I need to start checking out some yard sales
Great video and love the insights! Definitely has helped my picking and business. Oh and GO BILLS!
Nice 👍
Like how you give a 3 sec (pick a part) point out the good and bad details.

@@pkzenk2158 That Filson was 100% wool!

I found a Filson yesterday as well. I had the same reaction. So cool to know the trip was basically paid for just with that one item.
It’s such a good feeling!
Yes it's getting harder to find good stuff. $13 for used shorts is a bit crazy... just have to go to more stores, nice video!
@@Loonieforatoonie It’s wild how confident the thrifts are getting on their pricing. 😂
Thanks!

Are you still running promotions and is it still working for you? I'm finding it's not doing anything for my sales right now 🙄

In Colorado, men's shirt in thrift stores are 7.99 and up. I dont see any potential profit after paying ebay fees and tax. I love your videos though.

Hi Sean - are you going to sell jackets for winter this year?
For sure, if I find any good ones. Jackets seemed to get picked up super quickly.
How many items do you try to source weekly? i need to start sourcing 400 items monthly. Love these videos!!!
400 a month is a good number.
A lot of it depends on the stores, right now a lot of them are running dry.
