i do like these videos, but i don't watch the whole 40 minutes. who has time to watch the whole 40 minutes? after about 4-5 minutes im already out the door on the way to the gym. but still, i do like these videos.
The thought never crossed my mind that people actually sit and watch these videos. Ever. Could be wrong but ya might be more productive. Try joining the rest of us and just listen and attack life. Might work out better for ya:
