Gwydir ( also spelt , Gwydyr ) Forest & Llanrwst Circular Walk.
Good hike, bit steep in places. Mix of town, riverside, & forest. Ideal for dog walkers too.
The castle itself is more of a Manor House.
Look out for its Peacocks , I’ve included a photo of one we saw on the castle’s roof.
I’ve also added plenty of photos to show the terrain.
