    It's not by the painted line technically..it's a infrared timing line. Scoring loop. So the painted line could be way off and it not really matter. The timing is what matters. 0.000000001 would still be Larson winning.

      Actually the scoring loop isn't used at the end of stages or the finish of a race ..
      Typical there no issue and that's why most people think that it does..
      By scoring loops , Chris won, the problem is the devise is in the rear of car and doesn't nessaryly show who officially crossed the finish line first..
      It's little complicated, but there an invisible line that actually determines the winner, using multiple frames of a video overlapping each other.... Same technically was used in Kentucky Derby.
      Hope this clears up , any confusion ..

    That painted line dont mean crap. Ut done off a laser. The line is window dressing

    I really want to know who painted the finish line? It's more crooked than a boxers teeth. If it was straight, it probably would have been a tie or at least too close to call. And if it was painted crooked the other way, then Buscher wins. Like why does know one not see the line?
