We don’t need to hold the weight of the world on our shoulders. We don’t need to try, we can just be.
Perhaps our true gift is realizing how much we have achieved, how much we have grown, and how much love we have poured into the world.
We very often measure our productivity based on the concrete things we have achieved, but why not measure it on how much we have loved, shown gratitude, and practiced kindness.
I was recently shown that when we do feel that weight, by being ‘with’ it (sitting with it and allowing it to pass), it is transmuted by us as it dissipates ..
And by the same token, as we sit with and shine light upon our own shadow material, it is interconnected with *all* shadow material, so that the light we’re shining on ourselves is transforming the collective mass of material.. the “black ooze” some have seen rise to the surface in this recent era

This channel is AMAZING!! I have been listening almost exclusively for the past two years and began meditating with the Healing Camp series for 1 yr. This practice has changed my life. I am now able to deal with experiences that have haunted me for years-acknowledge and release-moving forward at last. You have a mind, a body, a past with history, you have emotions, thoughts, dreams, opinions, views, desires, fears and beliefs. You are not them. They are accretions around the core of the self. This is what Buddhism and Hinduism have said for thousands of years. Hinduism says: at the core of the self there is only Raw Awareness. Buddhism goes even further and says this doesn’t exist. Understanding the conditionless nature of self is the fundamental ground for awakening from the limiting construct we have been taught to believe is reality. If we are not there, we need to focus on getting there, otherwise our choices will be led by ego and fear. It is not until you have grasped the conditionless nature of self through deep and persistent meditation, that you are able to properly play with, and adjust the settings of yourself. If you think you are your body and mind, you are going to be radically disconcerted when these things change. It will feel like something is being destroyed or dying. The primary function of a meditation practice is to strip away the veil of the self/ego. It is a stripping away of the grasp that you think is reality. This includes the craving of emotion and body, entailing thoughts and habits. It is the progressive understanding that these things are the vibrational waves and ripples upon eternity. Eternity is the conditionless and formlessness of awareness itself. If you meditate long enough, you strip yourself away more and more until you understand that it is only raw awareness itself which is life, and this is the real self - God/Brahman. Conditionless awareness is all that exists, consciousness without mind and emotion, only existence itself. This may make intellectual sense, but it truly requires meditation as a practice to fully understand and know as real.
