I saw my cat last night, I played her a song I had a connection to and I told her it was okay to let go whenever she needed to. She had been in pain and we don't have money to put her down. I decided to listen to this before bed, and I felt something just open up in my crown.... I just felt peace. I had fallen asleep. I woke up this morning, and she had passed away peacefully. I'm just glad I got to tell her she could let go anytime and she was so good to me. 17 years is a long time !!!!! Soshe, thank you for being the best first cat ever.

My condolences, I have a deep spiritual connection with my cat as well. Wherever he sits and purrs for a while I will go there for meditation since I believe he is sensitive to frequencies and energies and it makes for some of my best sessions. He's 13 now and reading this gave me a big lump in my throat, but also such a thankfulness for having been blessed to share life with him. Sending much light and positivity to you 💛

It is never too late. Pray to the Lord
You aren't bad. Past trauma can be triggered and your response isn't really you. It's piled up from bad stuff that happened to you. Give yourself the grace you would give to someone else in your situation.
I love every single one of you, please know that you are enough and that other people and how they feel has nothing to do with you and your experience, open your heart and acknowledge every feeling you feel and fill it up with love and compassion. Only thing in this world that you can try to understand and have a grasp of is you and your understanding of what makes you feel a certain way when “good” or “bad” feelings come up, don’t waste your time running around other people and why they aren’t recognizing their anger and placing it onto other people, just show them love and know that it has absolutely nothing to do with you because at the end of the day it’s all you and your power to love yourself, you are the observer, use your thoughts, emotions as tools to healing and pushing out old past feelings that were most likely put onto you without your permission, take power and show yourself that you are not your mind you are so much more than that; step into the present moment and feel the presence of nothing and stillness, know that the peace you seek is always with you even when things seem heavy mentally you have everything in you to tap back into joy and bliss. ⭐️

The first thing that happened when I tried this was my bottom jaw unhinged as my face relaxed. I didn't know so much stress had my face so clenched, even in my sleep, before stumbling onto this frequency. Stopped the music, did an errand, came back and the same effect happened. Hi everyone I’m going through a rough patch in life. I feel lost, I don’t know what to do or where I will end up. I am longing to find a spark for life. Prayers or loving energy is appreciated. I know someone out their is also dealing with their challenges. I hope we all find our light and live OUR lives, not others. 💛
Your message called out to me, because I'm going through the same exact thing. Sometimes it just gets so very dark....it becomes really scary. I hit the lowest point I could ever hit and thought my life was over. You know what helped me reset my situation in an important way? I wrote down a letter to my past self. I wrote down everything I went through, I tried to see past self as someone who did their best despite the mistakes, who had a good heart even through the suffering, the anger, the frustration, I wrote it all down. I tried to be compassionate with that past me who brought me in this situation today. I cried a bit as I wrote it, my heart ached. At the end of the letter I felt this sense of empathy, forgiveness and compassion towards my past self. I felt that I had rescued my past self and my inner child from all of that. It was strange but very healing. I burnt the letter afterwards and imagined all the darkness being sucked out of me in that flame....this part was the the thing that made everything finally click and seem real to me. Now I'm working on integrating those parts of me that I rescued....but now at least I have some peace of mind and can smile. What also helped was listening to Beethoven 7th symphony (first 3 minutes on loop) because according to Bashar that has the exact vibration of healing and releasing. I hope this helps you. Please let me know how you're feeling and how you're doing. I really care and would be happy to hear that you're feeling better. Take care, remember that you are being protected and watched over. You are so loved, if you ask for that love, God/universe/angels/spirit guides/ancestors will deliver, I promise you. I am sending you a warm hug, I hope you can feel it. I love you!

So many people dont understand this and I try to teach people that their dogs have souls and pick up on so much like a sponge!! I am curious how your dog has been misunderstood? Has your pup loved too much without getting the love in return by certain beings? The more we focus on the now, the better our past will become, because now will become then, and when we reflect on then, all the good "nows" we have had will eventually outweigh the bad things of our past. If you have bad memories, don't sulk in them. Instead, create fond memories from here on out. Take nothing for granted, and always be fair.

a quick grounding and releasing exercise:
stand up straight and tall. close your eyes, take a deep breath and imagine roots growing from your heart, deep into the ground. feel then go through your floor, the crust of the earth, into the magma, deeper and deeper until they reach the very centre. sit with this feeling of connection for a while.
now you are ready for the letting go part of this exercise. think of something you want gone from your life, be it a person, emotion, thought ect. now focus on how that thing looks in your heart, personally i imagine a ball of black light. now you can begin to push it down the roots and out of your life. Push it into the centre of the earth and watch it burn. this thing is no longer blocking you. blessed be ♡

I played this last night as I went to sleep & all night I had hectic dreams where I worked out one situation after another! I kept thinking I was awake & I was telling myself about the lessons I'd learned or the stuff I'd figured out or let go at the end of each dream scene. I can't say I had the most restful sleep but jeez this music seems to really do what it says it will. I'm about to play it again tonight & hope for a less hectic night & dreams.

I lost two of my pets in January'2020. Listening to this is making me remembering them and I'm crying. What's surprising is that even while I'm crying I feel like being at peace. There are so many memories. Sometimes everything seems like such a mess. But this. This is really helping me. Thank you so much.

Had tacos for dinner last night. Feeling good!! This music helped with my digestion. I usually throw up the tacos immediately and I try again every week and this time I listened to this while eating the tacos and I didn’t throw up. Namaste
I tried eating tacos again without listening to the music and I threw up everywhere. The music did not cure me but if I listen to it while eating I can eat anything
