As an actual beginner, I appreciate seeing you demo and show all of the skills instead of just reading the descriptions. I know we can just go into try mode ourselves but with such a huge roster of heroes, it's great to have some of it narrowed down. Keep it up!
This is a decent guide for beginners. Hopefully people understand that this video isn't for people that already have a lot of knowledge about the game. Players that are already skilled will obviously disagree with some of your hero picks, but you stated that it's for beginners that don't know everything who are trying to rank up. So this video has fulfilled it's purpose. I agree with those hero selections.
I would say if you prefer a more mobile hero then Arli is much better and have a higher skill ceiling compared to Di Renjie. Renjie is basically a straightforward basic attack beast with his debuff dispel + brief i-frame on his 2nd skill. If you prefer straightforward gameplay then choose Renjie.
I think Dun on the clash lane for solo is the best Because on teammates He can heal because of his passive which makes him more hard to kill And dun can also delete squishies even with a tank build
Lady sun has this one minor issue, ultimate is just a finisher but it's tiny skill width and range is an issue, focus on the kiting that she provides and she's the best adc that you can use. Consort yu is really poke heavy, if you mess up on her second skill you will be a easy target after that. Luban no7 if your into hideintharoamersback kinda player but he's beyond squishy Lou yi, want a machine gun user? Use him Arli, she's ok but she's very sqishy and attacks slow without her second skill up so be careful. Shouyun, he's one useful skill is his ult skill, he's a autoattack poke unit so distance is key, don't depend on his 1st and 2nd skill, it's slow and predictable. Di Renjie, attack speed relient so be agro using him, Don't hesitate. Luara, can pop someone within 2 seconds, her 1st skill is hyperdamage and her 2nd can enhanced it even more.
Im new to HoK but I used to play LoL for many years, so I do have the general moba experience. I reached gold 1 from bronze 3 in 1 day by one tricking Biron. The only thing you have to understand is managing his red bar. Other than that he's straightforward and very snowbally if you know what you are doing!
Wow u reach gold 1 in day 😅. Well I skipped rank to direct platinum in 1 day and suffered for like 3 matches until i decided to actually play with bots and learn item built. Now it's been 27 days and now am on master 2 and peak tournament 2k points. I have only 147 matches though
I played Angela until master 1. I can guarantee he is the best mage to use if you have no idea about the game. Also Huo Yi guarantees you a win as long as you know how to position correctly. He is basically just Ashe from league of legends.

I used dun to hit diamond in less than 24 hours. The only problem is LAM and Prince players will run away from you and farm off your team. There is no counter play to this since dun can’t really burst people, only lock them down for a little bit. Anyways, I recommend anyone new to simply main LAM or an ADC bc damage is actually so important in soloQ
honestly I tried Lady Sun a few times and to me she would sometimes fall short in terms of life steal and survivability compared to houyi who can just spam basic and get tonnes of health back, but again I'm more of a mage player anyways lol
honestly I like it fast paced, level infinite dont want to be the same like WR wherein the avg game time is almost similar to LoL pc, maybe the same pace as ML but not in WR tho, imagine 20+mins in to the game and still you lose, no hate im also league player 🙂

After spawning,instead of dealing with them,I use Sun ce Ultimate to escape from there and cut out their minions thinking they will be able to do nothing to our crystal without minions. But they just dived in and destroyed our crystal without help of any minion. That was pretty annoying to watch. I realized there that at least cryatal need a little buff.
Consort Yu not being in the farm lane list should be a crime. Pretty much the only hard thing about her is killing her when you don't have a good mage XD
I had a streak like 80% wr on 5 days continuous gaming but an then on diamond 5 It justpaired me with losing streak and now its 50% wr finally I am normal player.
I think theyre just a lot better in higher ranks bcs higher ranks games tend to end faster and the lanes are more stable. The Farm Laners mentioned r a lot more on the sustained DPS side, including Lady Sun bcs of the short cd on her s1 which is also a dash, as opposed to Loong being more burst-oriented so his teamfighting dmg isnt rly that good esp late game, the 2 junglers mentioned can sustain in teamfights a lot more and Lanling imo has easier spikes and one-shotting capabilities in the early-mid game, and the invis helps too, either by doing sneaky tyrant/overlord steals, split-pushing, or reaching the backline, and finally, the midlaners mentioned r more on teamfight control and range while Heino, unless the enemies r stupid or he got rly ahead, cant rly do as much in teamfights other than poke, and he has to go in at one point, and it's much easier to deal w/ him when he gets near. In short, Loong, Lam, and Heino r a bit more team-reliant, like the team playing around them more or be in a team comp that fits them, and these r easier in Master and above
@YikeZGG that's true. I'm a brand new player to this game, .and I found him to be extremely easy to pick up. With how short the cooldown is with his ultimate, it makes it so nice to cross the map and clear jungle

Not really, you need to keep ur minions to maximum quantity to get her full potential. It can be little bit confusing for new players that are not much experienced with game machanics. If u ask from me, tbh I often consider her a luck base character and she really is somewhat luck dependent. It's like 50% luck and 50% skills. 😂.thisbis why she is rarely picked on higher ranks. But she is very good to take out towers. One mistake against her and ur tower is gone. But in fights,yeah she is not that op. Angela, Xiao Qiao and Heino are much better options in my opinion.

Another good jungler to use when climbing would be cirrus, I don’t think he was mentioned in this vid. A pretty good hero when it comes ganking.
Im new to HoK but I used to play LoL for many years, so I do have the general moba experience. I reached gold 1 from bronze 3 in 1 day by one tricking Biron. S2 has mechanics that beginners wouldn't know how to time -- same thing with her S3
