My build is Similar but a little different, i don't use Axe of torment because i immediately go for eternity Blade first for Better Damage and Loong already have good CD with the boots. The Rest is still the same... But I use Dreamforge Skypiercer as Last Item, The damage Is similar to Siege breaker but It has better penetration against tanks. Also With it's Active skill on lategame it could Almost instant Kill Tanky heroes.

every time you have 3 dragon, arli just s2 and nullify all your damage ~ it’s semi playable if the arli is bad or if you can bait her to use her s2 early

I run 5 compassion(1% cd reduction) arcana and leave off pure sky. Last item is situational. Overall is it better to keep max cd or would another stat be more efficient?
Again... Mobile, skill based true damage champion. I think Maco Polo and Loong are the most OP characters in this game. Even Arli is not as good as them. Arli has the umbrela flare, but still takes time to deal damage and as an ADC, time is what we don't have in a bursty game like HoK, unfortunatly.
that’s true, I hit a couple of single and double dragons during the gameplay 🤷♂️ it is what it is but as I mentioned earlier in the combos, you want to focus on hitting 3 dragons always for maximum damage/healing/knock back

Axe of torment is like a core item on this hero, not sure if I would want to skip it
Kinda wish he had at least one melee move to use his swords but I can see why they didn’t. Dragon dude is fun to play either way
