Question of the Day 💡Which of these hacks for filming yourself was your favorite? Let us know! *** Check out the Smartphone Mirror Monitor HERE ➡ geni.us/6GQ4 (Amazon)
Spare iPhone … was good for me
I want to learn more about editing on smart phone as a beginner…
Pls make one video for that .
Heaps thanks
The watch!! Thank you!
Definitely the watch the most convenient and the least amount of space!!
The mirror mount and airplay!
using the watch is actually the best hack! thanks!
As someone who's filmed over 800 videos using my iPhone this is genius! I've been using the front facing camera but always preferred the rear camera.
Awesome, hopefully this helps!
I been using both, but it take me almost double of time when I used the rear camera because I want to make sure that there are not any weird stuff, so Stop the recording, check the recording and try again, one of the reason that I am in the hunt for a Camera with a flip screen, but I just figure out how to do this, took me 30 minutes to connect the iphone to my TV, but glad that I was able to figure out this out today, I am still trying to figure out how to connect to the laptop. Also might need to use the mirror one too when I start doing Vlogging Style videos.
Mike, been watching your videos for a while and I think your camera quality is great. I didn't even know you used your iPhone to shoot your videos!
I had no idea about using an apple watch as a monitor. This is brilliant.
How do I make my front camera better quality? It looks so horrible in doors and I need to use the teleprompter app. Please help.
The Apple-Watch-as-monitor is a game changer!!
Hope you enjoyed this video, should we do more iPhone videos in the future?! 📱
Please, android version of this video! :)
What do you recommend, that is the least complicated...and the easiest to use...to remotely start phone video...right now I touch button on Smartphone and then need to position myself. I will be using InShot to edit and I know I can edit out whatever but I would love to be in position and then simply start. Thank you for your help.
Would love more iPhone videos!
Yes! Please do more iPhone videos. ✨
Yes please!!
Nolan strikes again and adds tremendous value and creativity in his content! Think Media needs to give this man a raise!
Nolan, you and your many different RUclips accounts can like this one 😜
My goodness, the value in this short video is unreal. So good.
What a fantastic way for us new-starters to actually get started! And thanks for the clear explanations.
You got it!
Thank you so much, this helped me a ton! I had no clue. About to go all out and start my channel. You just saved me a ton of time in trying to figure out why the videos were looking washed from the phone. the fixes I saw were not that hard and time-consuming but they are extra and unnecessary steps not needed in my humble beginnings. I just want to get my content out there.
Thank you Nolan and the Think Media team! This is very interesting and useful!
I can't love this video enough! This is going to save me so much money!
This content with all the iPhone video making tips is sooooo good man. It helped me big time! THANK YOU!
Listen!! Thank you so much for this video. It’s be so challenging to gather essential tools to start a RUclips to align with starting your business. I’m actually planning on doing my first cooking video on my cooking channel and I struggled as I didn’t know how I would see myself!
Bravo such a cost conscious advice with tech I already had😃
This is amazing!! Before I got a camera, I was rigging up my iPhone all kinds of crazy ways because I wanted to use the rear camera! My quality was great, but I was still shooting too tight because I didn’t have these amazing options at that time!!
Amazing value video! 🎉
Thank you, glad it helped!
OMG!!! Thank you so much for these brilliant ideas! I will be doing more vlogging because of this video! Thanks a lot 😊❤️🥰
This was epically helpful. I only knew about 2 of your 5 tips. GREAT JOB!
This was incredibly helpful and I'm excited to try a couple of these - thank you!!!
This is hands down the best video you have done!!!
Hole crap that Apple Watch technique is genius and so portable! What a great way to be able to use the rear camera while still making sure the framing is right. I can't wait to try it out myself soon!
Screen mirroring is going to be a game-changer! Thank you so much!!
You’re totally giving me all good tea today! The watch camera was game changing
The best video I’ve seen. Very creative.
Exactly what I needed 💯🔥
Great info. I ordered the Smartphone mount and mirror...this is exactly what I have been looking for...and did not know what to ask for. Thank you thank you thank you.
I literally love u. No like I literallyyyy love u because I was trying many ways to do this!
Thanks for the tips, especially the Apple watch monitor!
All of those methods were dope!!!!! I have all of these apple devices and had not used the air play method... You are the man!!!!!
Great solutions. I can’t wait to try out the option with either my watch or iPad.
FANTASTIC VIDEO! Thanks guys!
I dont leave a lot of comments on channels but I wanted to thank you for all of your videos. As a RUclipsr myself, I have done most of my videos with a Canon M50 (2 camera setup) but now I think I will incorporate the iphone 14 pro into my setup. Thanks again.
This great. I've spent so much time trying all these different things and this breaks it down.
This is a great video and very helpful. I did not know some of these ways I can film with my iPhone and they make it a lot easier. Thank you!
Nice and helpful video again! You are a great inspiration for me because I self also make videos.
Y’all are the best!!!
This was super helpful! Thank you for posting!
Thanks brother 🙏🏼
Amazing video thank you
Dear Nola - Muchas gracias - thanks a lot Diego from Argentina - you save my life with the advices of this video - God Bless you -
I saw you use this in your last video and it blew my mind. I used it for my last video and it help SO much. Thanks!!
Yay, glad it helped!
Dude, that was amazing!!!! Thanks
Best Think Media video yet !
life changing video! thank you
THIS IS WHAT IM LOOKING FOR. TQ FOR TIPS TM!
Great video! So many ideas! Thank You Nolan!
oh man, what a good selection of ideas....fantastic video. I'm gonna try the watch one
I just got the mirror today after watching a couple of your other videos and liking it so far. If I had a watch I'd use that to reduce bulk / weight and free up the top shoe of the mount (same one you guys are using) but it works good enough and was pretty affordable.
This is such a great video for anyone starting out. I will admit - equipment has always been a big barrier for me. The Apple Watch trick is pretty slick too! Thanks for sharing...
Phenomenal video. I had seen the one with the mirror, but since I use a teleprompter, the mirror won’t work. But SCREEN SHARING IS A GAME-CHANGER!!! Thanks, Think Media!!!
Yes!! You got it👊
Wow best solution ever!!! thank you so much Nolan!!
Brilliant and simple. Thank you
This is insanely good freaking content and knowledge! Thank you
This is so creative, I will have to try it. I also think grabbing a high quality wide angle lens is a good idea when using the back camera
Such a great video!! Thanks for sharing!!!
Exactly what I was looking for. Thank you
GREAT VIDEO. THANKS❤
Y’all killin the game
I loved ittttttt
Incredible information ❤
I think the Apple Watch monitor is probably my most favorite. My RUclips videos usually cut off something important to show because I use the rear facing camera and can't get things lined up right. Love the Watch solution!
This is the video I needed! Thank you so much
Genius! Thank you so much!
Awesome tips!
Thank you so much. Fast and on point
WOW! Amazing tips!! I can finally use the amazing back camera of my iPhone 13 Pro Max to shoot my videos. My favorite hacks are (1) using the Apple Watch Camera app; and (2) screen-sharing to my iMac. THANK YOU, Nolan.
This is great! If you do a mistake then it takes a longer time. These are time-saving methods! 😊👏
Cool tips, thanks.
This really just switched up my game. Appreciate you so much!
Amazing! Thank you for sharing!
Great video man!!!
Theses tips work great for my Samsung phone and watch too.
The Airplay is amazing!
Omg!! I would’ve never thought of this! Thanks you
amazing, thanks you for this tips
Awesome video, Nolan!!! I plan to use my iphone 13 for sit down videos as I must film whenever I can from my office. The big camera setup is too time consuming. Can you do a video on the best settings for sit down RUclips videos on iphone 13?
Super helpful video ❤
great video! Thank you!
Very Helpful. Thanks a lot ❤
This video was so informative. Thank you! I do have one question though. Where did you get that beautiful white desk?

Amazing, nice and helpful video again!
Ok the watch one is slick!!! Thanks for the tip
Thank you so much!!! I didn’t know about the watch.
I bought a small mirror at the dollar store and made my own, but I’ll be using my watch now.
Great Videos!! Awesome hacks!! I have a question which I haven’t seen any RUclipsr talked about when creating videos. Is there rules or format how many camera angles should be shot per scene so, each scenes will be more interesting to the viewers? (ie Wide, narrow, close up, slo mo, over shot, hyperlapse, etc…) I think this will be a great valuable future videos to have specially for people starting their RUclips Channels.
That Apple Watch trick 😍 I love it thank you so helpful
Thank you!!
Thank you, this is really helpful!! 😄
That roku tip is 👌🔥
