Full marks for me. No other band can touch the Beatles for originality and innovation. They are the gold standard. Just listening to these snippets is enough to tell anyone how fantastic they were and how wonderful their music is. And let's face it, this quiz barely touches the surface.

Perhaps some sort of phenomenon (or brain disconnect)...When I try to sing the songs on my own, while driving, or whatever...I have a hard time recalling a lot of the lyrics, but when I'm singing along to the recordings, I remember them much better. Maybe the music & their voices trigger my memory...idk 💗

You will get there eventually. I’m also 17 and I have always grown up around The Beatles. I suggest listening to each album once in a while to learn the music better and figure out what songs you like. I find that each listen I find another song or two that I like from each album.

38/40 (40/40, with a caveat). Missed "From Me To You" and "8 Days A Week" although I knew them. Heck, back in the 70s a cover band I was in played "8 Days A Week" (a good 15% of our set list was Beatles songs!). After #8, if a title didn't pop into my head immediately I paused the video and sang the lyrics into the chorus, or until the title line came forth.

YOU SHOULD BE!! NO REAL BEATLES FAN should "NEVER" FORGET their SONGS & TITLES. I even know which member was the oldest and which one was the youngest. Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to imply that I know everything about the Beatles, but most things about their story I DO know. Like all their wives names, the band's original name, their two former members, etc. etc. Some little facts.
@@antoniocamacho4769 I know the things you stated above for example but some song titles just don't pop up in your mind as quickly as others. Even when it comes to films, some people will tell you the entire plot but they somehow didn't get the title. It's quite normal
My score was 18/40 too. Don’t feel embarrassed.The only thing matters is to enjoy these songs even it’s been almost 60 years since they were written.
@@antoniocamacho4769 And you should respect the fact that people can't know everything and there are The Beatles fans who are still improving and learning about them. It's about enjoying listening to their songs but NOT discriminating fans. People like you ruine the joy of being a fan of The Beatles.
40/40. You could have made it 150 songs and I guarantee I would get them all right. And you could throw in all the solo albums too.. Mind you I was a teenager when they first hit the scene and I have listed to their music almost daily since. 60 years of listening to the Fab Four.

Got em all, I knew I had a good chance by the time I hit 30 of them. I was kind of worried you would throw a curve ball for the last song, doing one of their more obscure recorded live show songs from Hamburg, like Your Feets Too Big, that would of been evil. Fun quiz, thank you.
