      All of these professional sports programs in our schools need to be abolished and our corrupt "Institutions of Higher Learning" returned to their academic missions. The NFL and NBA can form their own well-organized minor league systems for those individuals(professional prospects) coming out of high-school a la Major League Baseball. Stop the madness. "Compensation" these most moronic illiterates are already being given 100's of thousands of dollars worth of free sh*t. eg. classes, food, lodging, tuition, materials not to mention all of the other, mostly illicit "perks". Disgusting , if one has no interest in continuing his or her formal education in the world of academia then don't attend University/College..go to a trade-school, get a job, start a business or give it a shot in the "minors" but again stay the "F" off and away from our nation's campuses.

    12 years old? Seen it before. Puberty is the great equalizer in sports. Plenty of great youth league kids end up on the ordinary varsity level in high school. They are not bad players or flops. Rather their DNA along with their attitude and investment in the game yields the outcome we see.
    Any fan or coach who knows sports would have taken a that's great, we will wait and see what is next and I hope the kid reaches his goals point of view.

    • @CamberRockerCamber
      @CamberRockerCamber 3 года назад

      That's how I view it now. These videos of 8-12 year olds dominating in sports is cool but I'll wait until they're in highschool to really see if they have a shot at the pros. Gotta stop labeling these kids as the next big thing.

    • @Ranger4402
      @Ranger4402 3 года назад

      @@CamberRockerCamber I agree. A classmate of mine was a dominating pitcher in the 6th - 8th grades. He had a great arm. He had a great team sport attitude and work ethic. He was a coach's dream in that respect.
      Then came puberty, more coaching for all, and he still had a great arm. But, more than enough of those kids he used to strike out learned to play better, got bigger, got stronger and the "water" found its own level among them.
      His high school pitching career was nothing to be amazed at.

    Thank you for this for so many reasons. And maybe especially because his life as it continues seems to be a good one, it's heartbreaking when a sport and being at the top of your game is all that matters, enough famous and infamous players of different sports have ended up with debilitating aclcihol and addiction problems which for some end up destroying absolutely everything accross the board! So for for one thank you for posting something that may show brilliance but also showed a level playing field and some of us, like myself are even lucky to at least have that. Well done.

    You should do what happened to Chris Borland from the 49ers retired way early after looking like a promising talent

    This is slowly happening with Julian Newman, he’s developed too quickly and now competition is catching him in highschool plus he can relate with the height.

      most times guys like that are older, they're just small so they get to be on the younger teams. that's why when they get to HS it catches up to them.

      ESPN bro?? No way. ESPN is dead. FlemLo needs a segment on Pat McAfee or some other more modern outlet.
