Noah Jackson thank you so much. It’s mentally exhausting, low paying work. I do advocacy (public speaking/appearances) off the clock as well because it’s so important to me. It means a lot that there are people out there that appreciate the effort. Thank you.

Michael Sale Good point. Lamar didn’t throw the ball much at all last year. Harbaugh seems too smart to get his QB hit so much but we’ll see. Looking forward to “new” Ravens Offense tailored for Lamar but I think he’s going to get too banged up to pass accurately.

As a lifelong Cowboys fan, Dez was maybe my favorite Cowboy all-time. Mostly because of his will to win. I always felt like if the rest of the team had his will/desire, they'd be unstoppable. He really was on a different level, and i think even with Romo there Dez's potential never got fully tapped into. Mainly because playcalling. Hurts to see him get injured right after signing with a terrific team. Good luck Dez, i hope you heal up strong and can come back.

Have you ever considered reviewing/covering Deestroying (Donald De La Haye) and his videos/ aspirations to make it to the league? South Park's take on the NCAA is spot on. They're basically held to a professional standard yet they don't get paid, if they get injured they're screwed, and they have to take classes and in some cases have to hold down jobs at the same time as all of this? But it's basically a cruel reality that if you wanna play pro you basically gotta put your slave years in. That's really a shame.

It sounds so nice when I slow you down. Keep it up. Enjoying the stories of these brilliant athletes with their real lives, and real stories. BTW: Your point about how Manti Te'o really touched me, and I'm glad I learned about his accomplishments and career. I don't follow American Football. I'm Canadian Football, sorry.

I always liked Dez on and off the field. You nailed the on field problem. Romo was comfortable throwing into tight spaces down field and back shoulder throws. That's not Dak's game. That's the main reason he's not with the team anymore. But he made millions of dollars and he'll always be a Cowboys great. I wish him continued success going forward, against teams other than Dallas.
