- Hi friends today we’re going to pressure can some delicious beef stroganoff. Easy beginner recipe. When you’re ready to eat it all you gotta do is add a flour or cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce and add sour cream and serve over some egg noodles. Easy peasy shelf stable meal. So I cannot find the recipe but this is what I used
2 large boneless beef chuck roasts chopped in big chunks
4 cups onions chopped
2 packages of sliced mushrooms rinsed
1/2 cup or so or Worcestershire sauce
Parsley
Thyme
Garlic powder
32 ounces beef stock other half of jar is water

@@sandrarutz6993 it’s delicious. You’ll love it. My yorkie Daisy passed away from the pancreatitis in July. It was the most devastating experience I’ve ever had. She was so sick and everything the vet tried didn’t help her 😢

Oh yes unfortunately. In Canada the vet is very expensive compared to the states. 2 years ago we spent over 3 K . You will have to be very careful what you feed her /him .
I am fairly certain that in some neck of the woods not putting garlic in your stroganoff could get you strung up. You need to stop with all that crazy talk lol😂😂😂 those look delicious
