Thanks for all the great content and for keeping us entertained during such a crap year. Roll on sunny bike days 👍🏻
Your reviews are exceptional. Love looking at them every time. Have a Triumph Speed Twin and would like to buy another Triumph.... The Scrambler that is. This review has helped me but also made me laugh. Thanks for this... especially in this still special world today. Wish you all the best, lots of fun and safe miles.
Excellent video as always Choperoo you almost lost it well recovered though top heavy bike, have a great Christmas and come back next year and do loads more good man.
What a beautiful looking bike, definitely best looking scrambler, great line up of bikes coming.
Really looking forward to the crf 300.
The “why am I revving it” is exactly how I felt on my 2019 Africa Twin. Great upload Chops 👍🏻👍🏻
Thanks for the great content this year Chopsy, wishing you, your family all your viewers a happy Christmas and hopefully better years to come!
Cheers fella. 👍🍻🥧🎉❤👌
Thanks Robert same to you matey 🍻🍻
Hi John thank you for all your hard work and for making this year a bit more bearable . Happy Christmas mate to you and yours, heres hoping next years better.
Thanks John same to you buddy 👍👍
Excellent review, thanks for all the fantastic content this year sir! Have a great Christmas! 🎄 🍺🥃🍰
Thanks for the KTM/Husky updates, I was waiting for some info! :) But this one Triumph has left me reconsidering my plans for 2021... :)
Have a good one Chops 🎄, great review as always 👍🍺
Had my XC since March this year.. don’t want to get off of it when I can ride it!!! On dry roads you can really throw it around... great vid as usual Mr Chops👍🏻
Another good one Chopsy....I was straight to the comment section after 'golden shower + TMF' :-). Looking forward to your lineup for 2021. Happy Christmas to you and the family, thanks for all the entertainment during 2020.
Your welcome Ray!! Same to you buddy
Don't knock it 'til you've tried it Chopsy.... ;0)
Thanks Billy I've reported that one matey 👍
Haha 😂
Saw the comment before watching the video and wondered what? Oh tmf you dirty dog 😂
Oooo .. thats pretty 👏 .. and a happy chrimbo to you 🎄🌠🥳
Thanks Chop!!! Merry Christmas from Apache Junction, AZ !!!
For years Suzuki’s have had great boxes, I recently had a ‘71 T250 Hustler, gearbox still fantastic, clutchless up changes almost like a quick shifter.
Fantastic review and the perfectly timed bond clips are hilarious. Poor TMF, casting aspersions about his choice of pastimes 😂😂👍 I’ll keep an eye out for you if we’re out and about. All the best, 👍👍👍
Haha thanks HR! 👍
Morning LCR, good video! The Triumph looks lovely. Having ridden one,I'm not a fan! Have a fantastic Christmas!
Thanks matey 👍
Happy Christmas Chops and family all the best mate.. look forward to some new vids in the new year buddy.. roll on the KTM ;)
Same to you Pete 👍
Another fantastic review, Chopsy. Thank you, Sir! 👍
👨👩👧 ❤ 🖥 LCR
Good entertainment as ever. Owned 2 and ridden 5 Ducati’s and every one had the neutral shuffle. Sometimes I had to just switch off in gear and sort 😱😱poor form in this day and age. My MT07;is as good as gold 😀
That's pricey, nice looking bike 👍
Great vid Mr chops as always
Have the best Christmas ya can in this situation
All the best 👍👍
Thanks Michael 👍 same to you buddy
Another cool vid have a great Xmas Choppsy
It's the oddball of the triumph family and like it 👍.
Merry Christmas to you to.
Same to you Chris 👍👍
Just added this bike to my list of potential buys. Great review. Particularly mentioning the foot pegs as they could be a problem for my legs. Must check on that.
Sorry. That was ment for the V Strom review. No idea how I done did this.
Brilliant review 👍
Your probably not going to post another video before Christmas. So I would like to wish you a happy Christmas. Thank you for a fantastic videos in 2020. Have a great new year. Thank you for keeping us sane! 🙃
Thanks buddy 👍 enjoy yourself 🍻
The great escape staring chopsy. Merry Christmas
TMF and LCR are all you need to help you decide which bike is for you. TMF is the wise uncle, giving you all the facts and figure and sensible advice, LCR is the slightly mad big brother egging you on to get the fastest one you can afford :-)
Haha thanks I think 😂👍
I just love how you englishmen rave about Triumph....😆
Have a Merry one and a Happy new one !
@Sideshow 44 That is true, that was new to me, but I'm not really supprised.
Have a very happy Christmas and a healthy new year
You have a good Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Same to you mate!
Merry xmas, Chopsy! 🍗⛄🌲 🏍
Great review as always mate merry Christmas to you and your family from sunny oz
Thanks Paul same to you 👍
Happy Christmas from me and Gesto :D x
James Bond!!! - More like Brooke Bond! - great review Chopsy - have a great Crimbo
Chops Review + Triumph + James Bond references = A Mega vid! 🔝🎬🎥 Beautiful looking bike. Btw... No Time To Die, is the next Bond movie.
Ah yes that's it Greycup thanks buddy 👍
Nice bike and good review
I love mine to bits. I'm not sure I'd want to single track it much, but it's an amazing all surface bike which is useful here in Australia. I see you found the reason why I have the low mudguard soon enough, and they really do handle way better than they have any business handling with that 21" front. Arrow baffles can be pulled but it's a cut job. Personally I put the Zard slip on on mine, bit louder with the baffle in, baffles come out with a split ring if you're feeling properly unsociable, and there's an option for a steel end cap. Didn't think carbon suits the rest of the bike.
Thanks for the insight Bill 👍
Good review 👍 I wish Triumph would make a Guy Martin/Great escape edition, Lowering the weight significantly and making it far more capable off road for some green laning fun but in that awesome Triumph package.
Ccm scrambler??
Would’ve bought this bike already except I’m too short. Love the looks of this bike. Love the vid.
It is tall but didnt feel it.. bit of a strange one
@@LambChopRides when you are a short ass every bike is tall except for stupid cruisers. Saw the xc at dealership was intimidated to even sit on it cause it seem so tall. Lol
cant wait for your review of the trident when it comes. Already set to be my next bike in feb! Was either that or a street triple for a first A2 bike
Yes hopefully mid January 🤞🤞
Roger Moore always had the best lines in Bond films
Great looking bike, though for a fun weekend hack I’d take the smaller Street Scrambler at sun-£10K any day of the week👍😊👌
Merry Christmas Chopsy
Same to you buddy 👍🍻
That bike also has the headlight bezel, the handlebar brace and the dresser bars (crash bars) 👍
Yes I've done some research since and its 15k worth with the extras so getting very pricey
Genuinely lol'd quite a few times, watching this, especially at TMF's golden shower. Very entertaining vid. Not my sort of bike but it's clearly very nice if you're in the market for this type of thing. Very classy. Makes you proud to be British.....& Thai. ; )
Thanks RR 😁👍
Best bike ive ever owned.
It’s a trumpet. Nice bike as well.
Спасибо Огромное! Хороших вам приключений! / Thanks a Lot! have a good adventures! )
I saw it earlier on road today in Greece and as I got home I saw your upload quincedence much? XD
Chopsy, would you mind trying to straighten up the Triumph logo on the handlebar padding if we have to look at it? 😁 Thanks, and great video 👍Also thanks for all your entertainment efforts throughout 2020. You're local to me, it'd be nice to see you at Loomies or something one day to buy you a coffee. All the best for the new year 👍🙂
Thanks Ashley and your welcome buddy, coffee will be on me :)
Great commuter bike.Cheers.
little expensive for a commuter
Looking forward to seeing you get it [more] muddy :D as well as the CRF/KTM/GasGas bikes
Thanks Pete!! Merry Christmas matey 🍻
@@LambChopRides same to you too mate 👍 🙂
Yeah, my high level front mudguard is sitting in a cupboard in my garage... looks great, doesn't work.
That lady pulling out, she must have her make believe hay wagon trailer still hitched.
The inspiration kit- i think
👍👍👌👌 Merry Christmas
I’ve had petrol stolen out of the tank of a GT550 Suzuki hooked upto a sidecar. Most likely to happen during petrol strikes. I’d consider a Triumph 900 Rally Pro with the more aggressive dual purpose tyres and extras.
Merry Christmas!! Great video, looking forward to the next. Just out of interest, tiger 900 rally pro vs scrambler xe? What you choosing?
I've a rally pro and love it. I do about 80 percent on 20 percent off road its competent at both but a massive strength is comfort on long road miles, big seat, good windshield and excellent ergos. I'm imagining the scrambler not so good or different on long days, so ask yourself what you want it for.
Is it the gopro or does the tank strap and fuel cap not line up? 🤯🤯
Thanks Chopsi for the great video, love you show us even a good rider can nearly drop a bike.
Try to do a rewiew on a Benelli Trk 502X a good adventure offroad bike.
Ride safe and stay safe
Yours sincerely
The Danish Viking 🇩🇰 ☀️ 😎
Thanks matey 👍
How was the heat from the exhaust? I'd imagine the heat shield next to your leg would have to be quite thick.
Actually I was expecting to feel it but didnt.. I'm sure in the summer it could become noticable..
Do you think you could get a test on a Fantic Caballero 500 scrambler? I know Missenden Flyer did a test ride and liked it but I wonder how they would go with a heftier carcass onboard! That 1200 is just too big, heavy and expensive to be taking off road for my liking.
Yes possibly... I think Krazy Horse do them..
Great video, What Africa twin will u have? Standard or sport? Any instagram pics of the AT? Also curious about the crf 300. ☺
Thanks Dave, I dont have it yet but it's going to be DCT I know that much.. never tried one so thought it was about time 👍
I'm not convinced it would be a bike for me but great heads up review
No certainty not for everyone one this Neil. Defo something about it though and a very enjoyable ride 👍
Crf 300 into a moto? Or buy the kawa 300 SM that is on sale here in the US.
Merry Christmas from the PNW🎄🎄🎄
Lovely video Chops - nice little dig at TMF... but I'm sure he's more into his plugs... butt plugs! As a bike, have you ridden the Speed Twin, I'm looking at getting a Speed Twin late next year and hoping to find a second hand one, do you think on road it's better or just different to the Scrambler? I found the 900 quite tall when I test rode it this year.
The speed Twin seemed faster to me.. its 5 BHP more and 5 kg less and that does seem to make a difference! Being taller the Scrambler suits me better but Speed Twin is I think the more practical bike out of the two. Haha loves a plug 😂
@Lamb Chop Rides Those bars look bent. Still waitin on that Van Demon hat.
Haha, yeah camera I suspect... will check it next time could have been dropped offroad 👍
Lcr when you gonna ride aprillia rs660 ? Everyone raving bout it
Nice 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Well the Suzuki Hayabusa 2022 difficulty finding first gear! The Triumph Speed Triple RR impossible to find neutral. All detailed in Chopsie’s videos!! So Suzuki, Triumph gearboxes are good? Hmm!
Chopsy to take over from Daniel Craig in the next 007 movies.
I rather wish it WAS Chopsy taking over. Ah well.
If you’re a fan of the Triumph Scrambler, read Forgotten Road by Randall Arthur. The whole last half of the book highlights the Scrambler with numerous on-road adventures. The book is a work of fiction, but supposedly the adventures in the book are all based on Arthur’s real-life experiences.
Does Moneypenny fit on the back🤔🤓
Do you use a separate microphone to your helmet camera?
I connect an external mic to the gopro, I dont use a separate audio recorder 👍
Would like to ride with you one day chops
Would be fun
Nice bike, they do go well, for what they are, oh by the way, the arrow exhausts are believe it or not, heavier than the stock ones 🤣🤣 and the welding on the arrows leaves a lot to be desired 🤦♂️🤦♂️😅
Ok that's rather disappointing!! Need some weight saving at least!
@@LambChopRides And the baffles don't come out either, welded internally...
I hope your visor wasn’t up while hammering through the excrement 🙂
Back in the day, Steve McQueen did a jump Bonnie. Now this one will appear in a Bond film... that's cool but doesn't quite live up to Chris Pratt riding the old Scrambler with his pack of Raptors.
We just have to accept that the ultimate moment for motorcycles in movies has already been done, and will never be surpassed.
What's your phone holder? Been looking for a new one
Ultimate Addons Martin, 10% off with the code in description 👍
@@LambChopRides Thanks mate
Lol getting sprayed in the face, excrement flinging and golden showers..I might get myself a scrambler it sounds fun 😂
More enduro chop's 😎👍🌲
Yes will try, this dam Tier 4 though has maybe scuppered my plans... let's see how long it lasts ☹
I heard you were locked down with Covid again
Totally agree about neutral. One of the reasons I sold my 2020 S1000RR; finding neutral was an utter bitch. Not good enough for £20k.
The 2018+ honda gold wing is very hard to find neutral...I bitch it out every time!!!
Does the 007 one have a pillion ejector seat for when your pillion is being f*cking annoying ??? lol
Chops.on the green laning, as a rider of an old shitter trail bike. I can say it goes where my mate 8 grand ktm's go. But its certainly harder work. Just with a cheaper trail bike dont expect to do anything like an enduro. Enjoy the Xmas.
Looks ,not for me! Any updates on the Ducati?
what the farmers left on the road smells like money to me!!!
"It's got an off road mode... that's off road, I'm not going up there" - I suspect that sums up how 99% of these will be ridden.
Haha next time it will be down that road 😁😁
Hmm when it’s says “Slow” on the tarmac…you say “Power!” 🤔 😂
It might be time to compare it to the Africa twin ?
Yes absolutely I will 👍
Hi John, general question (Great review by the way) Triumph has been trading on its Britishness for a long time now, it is its biggest USP. The vast majority of its bikes are now made in Chonburi, Thailand, and one in Manaus, Brazil. Triumph has now stated that it will not be reducing its prices to reflect the hugely reduced manufacturing cost. Couple this with the premium Triumph charges UK customers (compare prices to the USA and other major countries) is Triumph taking the Micky out of the very hand that feeds it? I would just be interested in your thoughts - Thanks
12.5k..... Wow.
Only Triumph I didn’t really like Chopsy as you know. Was I wrong and just having a bad day do you think?
Think what you didnt like is its trying to do multiple things.. onroad, offroad, retro, modern.. its does a decent job of pulling it off but there are compromises..
That moment when you realise you're eating cow sh1t! LOL. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger ;)
12:55 its more about idiots putting shit in your tank when parked on the road and not about stealing fuel
Yes good point... 👍
I'm impressed with this bike, but I wouldn't want a keyless bike, and I'd rather have an RNineT Urban G/S. Not so keen on 21'' front wheels. I wouldn't be going off-road.
Yes same here not a fan of 21inch wheels on road bikes.. That's why I need to test offroad to be sure it's not just for styling only 🤔
Hmmmm, a scrambler with a mudguard that directs road muck at the rider. Form 10: function 0.
High and heavy I got from that.
Funny that. What I got was TMF is into golden showers.
@@stevecade857 I didn't watch that much. A My lucky break I think.
