That looks like a regular square key. A woodruff key is semicircular. The circular part of the woodruff key fits in a circular mortice on the shaft and the straight side fits in the pulley. P.S. I just went through a similar exercise with a free Snapper SG8000 8 HP chipper shredder. It was picked up off the side of the road with a free sign on it. It started right up! Belt, plug, sharpened the knife, lined up the pulleys, oil change, reassembled the guards properly and it works like a champ.
Thanks for the video Now for the 7th grade maths question - 32 gallon * 1.25 = 40 gallons -->. divide by 7.48 --> 5.35 cubic feet? (+/- your initial %'s of 32 gallon.) OG 8 cubic feet of bark --> 5.3 ish Cubic feet mulch. However more importantly you will want to remember:Ratio math for Quick estimates in future is 3:2 reduction.... (i.e. you will have 2/3 of cubic feet of that material) P.S. I will be playing with a used Bearcat chipper /shredded in the near future - next couple days. will be going through it and hopefully fixed in time for when the leaves fall.
