Nice collection, some lovely underrated Breitling. Powerful shame you bought that AP at the height, fuelled further by some claiming it was ‘The Year of AP’ and predicting £50k Sprites. Good luck with the sale, I for one know it won’t be an easy off load.
Yeah, not the best buy. I actually bought that one with no thought of future value, I just loved it so much, but then after getting it, just couldn't walk around with a moving target on my wrist.
Some beautiful watches there Greggie and love the stories connected to some of them. You're absolutely right that its not just about the luxury brands. There's a plce for all watches in every good collection. Great vid mate
Great Collection. Thank you for sharing. I love Collections that will have a respectable amount of Swiss pieces but have just as many Budget friendly Casios. You can tell you enjoy watches for you and not to impress anyone else. I will always have love for Casio G-Shocks because they were the Gateway brand that lead me to collecting, even though I'm blessed enough to own & purchase Swiss watches from Tudor & C.Ward to GM master II. I will always have room in my watch box for Casios ✌️
Like all men, I can't stand stand wearing jewelry (I'm not a chick or twink) but we gents appreciate the practically of a having a quality timepiece to keep on schedule during the busy day. Once I moved-up from the TimeX, I managed to rotate about a dozen really fine timepieces...and had a lot of interest them in the 90s. Sadly, I haven't had a practical needs for a watch the past 20-years after getting a digital assistant and then smartphone. I wear them occasionally, but not often because they're really jewelry pieces there days and have lost their utility. Anyway, impressive Watch Collection. Well-done!
Lovely collection Greggie, my favourite watches also have a story / memories attached to them. Often our least expensive watches are the ones we would save first.
It's cool that the famed greggieboy is also a watch guy! I've considered trying to introduce fragrances to my local watch collector's club, but we don't have what I would consider a proper parfumerie within a couple hours drive.
@@Greggieboy76 Fair enough, not everyone is manly enough to handle a Speedmaster 😁👍 I commend you on the Ploprofs.......wish I had a pair of those lookers. 👍
Nice set. Serious question though. With those class Rolex models, why bother with the others? Isn’t life too short to wear the junk when you have pieces from the 👑?

What would be your 5 most worn in 2024?
Great question: Superocean 44, Omega Seamaster, Breitling Chronomat 44, Nodus, Breitling Avenger!
Cough, cough, Speedmaster, cough, cough 😉😁
Haha, I had one, but as much as a great watch it is, it just wasn't for me!

I just love having lots of different pieces, I can't stick with one watch or one brand, I like the variety.
Lol you think Rolex is the pinnacle of watchmaking? That’s a generic normie take if I’ve ever heard one.
