This made me giggle, but definitely true
dealing with health issues, Aspect Health played a role. The soup challenge video caught my eye. Weight loss journey is tough; simple meals matter. Soup recipes seem doable, flexible for preferences. Excited to try and simplify my meals for effective weight loss.
I’ve made 3 of the 6 soups… simple, filling and delish!
Had the broccoli cheddar last night. Doubled it and served to husband and daughter as part of their dinner. Daughter asked if I had any left over for breakfast! SCORE!!!
I'll be there! Got all the ingredients today.
If I have a cup of coffee in morning, it cuts out my hunger till mid afternoon so just need to not use sugar and I'll be good!

A potatoes will be a good thickener.
I stay away from potatoes, but really any vegetable is a great thickener, and it's all optional anyway
Potatoes are pure starch and will send your insulin skyrocketing.
