I struggled so much with this during my divorce. That my life was falling apart and was so angry that God was refusing to redeem my marriage not wanting to remember that we have free will. Years later I was able to realize thru other means that God did rescue me from an abusive marriage that I could not see and thought I could fix on my own. God is good even in the midst of our pain even when we don't understand why we are going thru that season of despair. I needed this today, but God knew that and sent it via my husband the one He sent me to prove He is always faithful.
I'm so glad that I could encourage anyone else who is in the midst of this. We do not have a reason or an explanation for why we go thru pain but know He will make beauty out of ashes. I believe my pain has made me grow closer to God and given me a deeper appreciation for other people and their pain. It has led me to want to be His hands and feet. ❤️

I think most of life IS a struggle. In that struggle, God will show up looking like seeds. It's even in scripture that God will want us to experiences moments of joy to break up the disappointments in life, the things that will keep us moving forward.
I needed the body of Christ to carry me through the season of childhood cancer and letting my 7 year old grandson go home to be with the Lord. This has been the hardest season of my Christian walk. It has also been the biggest growth in my relationship with Christ. 🙏🙏🙏💚💚💚🙏🙏

Lisa spoke my life, My Mother and my Father and sister all had cancer. My sister made it we went through a 3-year cancer battle we lost mommy but my sister made it and my Father was given more years to live. The Lord gave me the strength to make it through that. I was the only caretaker and I made it. Praise be to God!

Her teachings always lead me to tears. Anytime the Spirit moves inside me, I cry like a baby. I'm a baby Christian and the more I seek a personal relationship with our Lord and Savior, the more Satan comes for me. I hate Satan. What does everybody do to battle Satan? Stay in the word, pray and believe right? Oh Lord, my relationships are suffering, finances, and so on.

Leslie, I've learned to not to skip over a message when the main attraction is not starring. Often the fill-in has just the word we need to keep going. My pastor often says if our church stopped being relevant if he leaves or dies then he the church was built on his personality and not Jesus Christ.

I have fallen in love with this woman. Her messages have been so powerful in my life. God had me read the book of Job when my life fell apart. It helped me to read it the first 30 chapters in NLT version and then the rest of the chapters in King James Version. But identified with job. I appreciate Lisa so much for not trying to cover up that God allowed it to happen but it was for his good. A lot of people try to take God out of that equation and just say it was an attack from Satan. It was an attack from Satan but God allowed it for his purposes. That's hard. I'm going through a really really really hard season. Please pray that I will trust God who is faithful.
There's always a shimmering Promised land of elevation to where our Redeemer leads through the raging Red sea of tears, if we're willing to walk it with the shoes of faith. This was a beautiful sermon.
Her teachings always lead me to tears. Anytime the Spirit moves inside me, I cry like a baby. I'm a baby Christian and the more I seek a personal relationship with our Lord and Savior, the more Satan comes for me. I hate Satan. What does everybody do to battle Satan? Stay in the word, pray and believe right? Oh Lord, my relationships are suffering, finances, and so on.

Leslie, I've learned to not to skip over a message when the main attraction is not starring. Often the fill-in has just the word we need to keep going. My pastor often says if our church stopped being relevant if he leaves or dies then he the church was built on his personality and not Jesus Christ.

I have fallen in love with this woman. Her messages have been so powerful in my life. God had me read the book of Job when my life fell apart. It helped me to read it the first 30 chapters in NLT version and then the rest of the chapters in King James Version. But identified with job. I appreciate Lisa so much for not trying to cover up that God allowed it to happen but it was for his good. A lot of people try to take God out of that equation and just say it was an attack from Satan. It was an attack from Satan but God allowed it for his purposes. That's hard. I'm going through a really really really hard season. Please pray that I will trust God who is faithful.
There's always a shimmering Promised land of elevation to where our Redeemer leads through the raging Red sea of tears, if we're willing to walk it with the shoes of faith. Praise God for this beautiful message of unfailing hope and help! I know my Redeemer Jesus lives! He will rescue and restore me from the debilitating dry desert and the drowning deep sea! AMEN! ❤❤❤

I just found this video after seeing Lisa preach at Elevation this past Sunday. I loved that message and wanted to find more by her. WOW, just wow. 14 minutes in I was in tears and by the end I was totally bawling. What an amazing on time word for this season of my life. She may have preached it two years ago but it was meant for me right at this moment. Thanks God for always showing me you're here especially when everything falls apart.
