    Great job on empting it out and showing the difficulty of it. That is a great point. I will say on mine, I go through liquid fast. But it helps to know how much you want to spray to dial it in. So I appreciate that ability. I got the batteries. So no brainer. Love it.

    Thanks for the review, I did just buy one and you're absolutely right about the measurements on the side of the tank.. it doesn't line up correctly. Because of your video I actually poured 1 gallon at a time and marked each gallon with a sharpie on the side.. thats a pretty big deal when spraying herbicides on your lawn. Other than that, the sprayer is good. Thanks again.

  • @kak2tnt

    I bought one before I saw your review. I agree with you on the con about the cap being difficult to thread. I found a technique that works for me. Stand over the tank and put both hands on top of the lid and put downward pressure on it then turn. When I try to use the black handle to turn, I get frustrated. As for the strainer, I always thought it was to keep trash out of your solution which in turn clogs up the wand tip. If you fill your tank with a garden hose, any grass or debris that is on the tip of the hose is filtered by thr strainer. I find it useful.

    • @TheLawnMentor
      @TheLawnMentor  3 года назад

      Thanks for sharing your feedback! Good idea about the cap/lid. Have you ran into the pump issue I had?

    • @kak2tnt
      @kak2tnt 3 года назад +2

      @@TheLawnMentorTurn the lid with two hands and downward pressure like turning a valve. The pump issue you had may have been because your lid was not seated correctly. Then, it wouldnt spray because that lid needs to be on. I assume the tank needs an air tight seal. The air space is what create the pressure. Think about how you have to manually pump air pressure into the simple little pump sprayers. Then, when the air leaks out you refill by pumping. So, this lid acts more like a valve that seals in the air to create a vacume. That must be why the lid is engineered the way it is.
      But, hey, I am just saying what I think it is. Somebody might correct me. I am not really mechanically minded.

Motor runs from low to high, but, not even a spurt came out.
