There are a few of these types of IFAKs out there right now, but this is my favorite. Give Kinetic Consulting a follow and check them out!

Glad to see my design has gained traction!
If it had more gauze, tape, and a pressure bandage w/ quick-clot this would be really solid for essentially all penetrating wounds throughout all parts of the body in terms of first aid. Granted I don’t know what you need for your type of work and how essential having a compact ifac is for it.
You're exactly right, this could easily fit a small quick clot dressing. I omitted it here simply to save $, to be honest. I have a slightly larger plate carrier mounted IFAK that I've had my eye on since this past summer. That'll likely show up sometime in '24 due to some larger purchases that took priority recently (show and tell coming soon). But ever since a buddy of mine got one I've been super jealous... Stay tuned!
WHERE'S THE NEW UPDATE!?!? (This video days "6months ago"!)
I probably should do an update. I have more unpopular opinions...
@@TrainingwithJJ Do you still use it?
@@ORO_Psyclone yep. I should do another update because it looks a little different now. That said I've been toying with the idea of getting an HRT ARC.
@@TrainingwithJJ I'm more interested in the PIMP though. Do you think it holds enough? And on the subject of belts, take a look at the Pale Horse Concepts, that's gonna be my new belt soon
@@ORO_Psyclone the PIMP holds enough if you want a low profile minimalist IFAK. There are definitely bigger IFAKs out there if you feel like you need more. The PIMP is compelling to me because it's low profile and removable with either hand without spilling the contents.
Who done it 1st? Trex or wps
Yeah, high speed gear's reflex IFAK is very similar. But I think the KC PIMP is the better option for what I need.
Unroll your gloves you'll thank yourself if you ever have to actually use them
Thanks for the tip, I'll try that out
